Description du Poste
Résumé du Travail : Ce rôle clé est axé sur la conception, la gestion et la mise en œuvre des politiques et processus liés à l’expérience client. L’objectif principal est d’assurer une exécution efficace des politiques pertinentes, tout en améliorant la satisfaction client.
Responsabilités
Stratégie :
- Appliquer les principes de conception de processus dans les activités programmatiques.
- Fournir des directives claires aux parties prenantes concernant une bonne conception de processus.
Affaires :
- Collaborer avec plusieurs parties prenantes pour élaborer des conceptions de processus viables.
- Valider les conceptions de processus pour garantir l’alignement avec les normes établies.
- Identifier des opportunités de standardisation et d’automatisation des processus.
Processus :
- Examiner la documentation des processus pour assurer une approche cohérente.
- Fournir un retour constructif sur les conceptions afin d’optimiser les résultats.
Ressources Humaines et Talent :
- Collaborer efficacement dans une équipe.
- Posséder une forte intégrité personnelle et des compétences de communication.
Gestion des Risques :
- Assurer la conformité avec le cadre de gestion des risques.
- Veiller à ce que toutes les politiques soient respectées.
Gouvernance :
- Surveiller et suivre les délais de mise en œuvre.
- Gérer les tactiques d’atténuation des risques.
Conduite Réglementaire et Commerciale :

Qualifications Requises
- Baccalauréat dans toute discipline.
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans le secteur financier ou une industrie liée au numérique.
- Expérience en conception de processus clients pour de grandes organisations.
- Solides compétences en statistiques et en outils d’analyse de données.
- Compétences avérées en gestion de projet.
- Maîtrise des langues chinoise et anglaise.

📝 Description du poste : JOB SUMMARYThis position oversees the digital client experience for retail and wealth products. The individual in this role is responsible for designing, managing, and implementing end-to-end client journey-related policies and processes. The goal is to ensure that relevant policies are effectively executed and to enhance client satisfaction.RESPONSIBILITIESStrategy
- Represent good process design principles in programme activities, design sessions and decision making.
- Provide clear guidance to stakeholders around good process design and how to apply process design principles to design work
Business
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to develop feasible process designs that can be successfully operationalized and deliver quality outcomes, including customer experience, turnaround times, service level agreements, and risk mitigation.
- Validate process designs across various streams, ensuring alignment with overall process design principles and standards.
- Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and streamlining as part of design activities.

- Review process documentation produced by colleagues to ensure a consistent approach to process modelling across the entire process universe.
- Provide constructive feedback and design support to ensure that design decisions contribute to high-quality process design outcomes.

Qualification
- Education A bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- At least 5 years of working experience in financial services or digital-related industry.
- Certifications Must have experience in designing customer processes for large organizations.
- Strong foundation in statistics and mathematics, with expertise in data analysis tools. Proficiency in data visualization and storytelling techniques.
- Strong project management experience is highly valued.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively with strong problem-solving skills. Proactive and self-motivated learner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience in stakeholder management.
