Deloitte recherche un professionnel passionné et expérimenté pour rejoindre son équipe croissante en Finance. Ce rôle implique la conception, le développement et l’implémentation de solutions avancées en finance, en s’appuyant sur des technologies comme Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) et Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI). Vous serez en charge de transformer les données en informations exploitables, répondant ainsi aux besoins stratégiques de nos clients.
Responsabilités Principales
Le titulaire du poste sera responsable de :
- Supporter la vente de programmes d’Analytics et d’IA, notamment en répondant aux appels d’offres et rédigeant des propositions.
- Fournir un leadership technique aux équipes de projet, garantissant la livraison de solutions de haute qualité dans le respect des contraintes de temps et de budget.
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour comprendre leurs besoins analytiques et traduire cela en spécifications techniques.
- Concevoir et architecturer des solutions end-to-end en Oracle Analytics et IA, incluant l’ingestion des données, la transformation, la visualisation et le modélisation prédictive.
- Développer et déployer des modèles d’apprentissage automatique en utilisant les outils appropriés.
- Rester informé des dernières avancées technologiques et des meilleures pratiques en matière d’Oracle Analytics et d’IA.
- Contribuer au développement d’actifs internes et de méthodologies.
- Encadrer et former des talents tout en gestion d’équipes diverses dans une culture inclusive.
Compétences et Qualifications Requises
Exigences Essentielles :
- Expérience dans les activités de développement commercial.
- Connaissance approfondie de l’architecture des projets de transformation en Oracle Analytics et/ou IA, avec une valeur supérieure à 2 millions de livres.
- Expérience dans la gestion de projets similaires.
- Bonne compréhension des processus de reporting d’entreprise.
- Expertise sur les plateformes Oracle Analytics (FDI, OAC, ADW).
- Diplôme en lien avec le domaine.
- Compétences en SQL, PL/SQL et langages de manipulation de données.
- Des certifications Oracle seraient un atout.
Compétences Souhaitées :
- Qualification ACA/CIMA/ACCA (ou équivalent).
- Expérience en Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Certificat de sécurité pour des activités de secteur public.

You will architect, sell and deliver Oracle Analytics and Fusion Data Intelligence finance transformation projects that are tailor made, business led and technology enabled across geographic and organisational boundaries.You will be responsible for:
- Support the sale of Analytics & AI programmes, including responding to RFPs, writing proposals, and delivering proposal presentations
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions within scope, time, and budget.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their analytical requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Leading the design and architecture of end-to-end Oracle Analytics and AI solutions, encompassing data ingestion, transformation, visualization, and predictive modelling.
- Design and implement data pipelines and integrations between various data sources and Oracle Analytics Cloud.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models using Oracle Machine Learning (OML) and other relevant tools.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Oracle Analytics and AI technologies and industry best practices. Have and maintain relationships with Oracle Analytics & AI Product Management
- Contribute to the development of internal knowledge assets and methodologies.

- Experience of supporting business development activities
- Demonstrable experience of architecting Oracle Analytics and / or Oracle AI transformation projects with value over £2.0m
- Experience of leading delivery of Oracle Analytics and / or Oracle AI Transformation projects with value greater than £2.0m
- Extensive knowledge of business reporting processes including operational reporting, management reporting, statutory reporting
- Extensive experience in on Oracle Analytics platform (FDI, OAC and ADW)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
- Proven experience as an Oracle Analytics and AI Architect or a similar role.
- Deep understanding of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) components, including Data Visualisation, Essbase, Data Preparation, and Data Flows.
- Strong experience in data warehousing concepts, dimensional modelling, and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and other data manipulation languages.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Machine Learning (OML) or other machine learning libraries.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Oracle certifications in relevant technologies are highly desirable
Desirable:
- Qualified/Part-Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA (or equivalent)
- Experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Data Integration
- Security Clearance or at least eligible to support activities in Public Sector
