Description du Poste
En tant qu’Associate Engineer – Software Development, vous ferez partie de l’équipe Xperi/Vewd, dédiée à la technologie Smart TV et décodeurs. Vous collaborerez avec des clients prestigieux tels que TPVision, Amazon et Sony, afin de garantir une intégration fluide des services sur leurs plateformes. Ce poste offre une opportunité unique de contribuer à des projets innovants au sein d’une équipe d’ingénieurs expérimentés répartis à Taïwan, en Chine, et en Pologne.
Responsabilités
Les principales missions incluent :
- Développement de code : Concevoir, bâtir et maintenir un code C++ efficace, réutilisable et portable.
- Dépannage : Identifier les goulets d’étranglement et les bugs sur divers appareils et plateformes.
- Qualité du code : Aider à maintenir la qualité, l’organisation et l’automatisation du code.
- Collaboration : Contribuer activement aux revues de conception et de code, tout en mentorant d’autres membres de l’équipe.
- Veille technologique : Rester informé des développements et technologies du secteur.
Profil Recherché
Afin de réussir dans ce rôle, les qualifications requises incluent :
- Connaissances techniques : Maîtrise de C++ moderne (version 11 ou supérieure) et bonne compréhension de la programmation orientée objet.
- Compétences additionnelles : Familiarité avec HTML, Java, et JavaScript, ainsi qu’expérience en programmation UNIX/Linux.
- Langues : Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais (écrit et oral) et connaissances en chinois.
- Localisation : Résidence à Taïwan avec un visa valide.
En option, une expérience dans le développement de systèmes embarqués et dans l’utilisation de Linux embarqué serait un atout précieux.

- Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, portable, and reliable C++ code (25M+ LOC; majority in C++, but Java/JavaScript/Python is also there!)
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs for a plethora of platforms and device solutions
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
- Proactively seek assistance when required and actively contribute to team activities including design reviews, code reviews and mentoring
- Stay current about industry developments and Internet technologies
Who we are looking for:Must have:
- Familiar with modern C++ coding (11 or above)
- Good C++ skills and a firm understanding of object-oriented programming
- Familiar with HTML/Java/Javascript
- Experience in UNIX/Linux programming
- Drive and commitment to work in a highly dynamic environment
- Knowledge of web standards
- Good working knowledge of English, written and SPOKEN
- Good knowledge of Chinese

Ideal:
- Experience in the development and debugging of embedded systems
- Experience in embedded Linux
- Experience in devtools or similar tool for issue analysis/debugging
