Description du poste : Job Description As an Enterprise Architect, you will work closely with Solutions Architect team, driving the design and integration of complex systems, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Strategic insights, technical expertise, and partnership with Solutions Architects will be instrumental in driving innovation, optimizing operations, and enhancing the bank’s customers experiences. Architecture Leadership: Collaborate with Solutions Architects to develop a unified and comprehensive enterprise architecture strategy that supports the bank’s business objectives, innovation goals, and technology roadmap. Lead the joint design of scalable, efficient, and secure architectural solutions for various banking domains, fostering cross-functional alignment and synergy. Present a gap analysis and/or IT investment roadmap that reflects the status of the existing IT estate, namely, its ability to contribute to future-state business capabilities around ecosystems and digital platforms. Create and maintain the Enterprise Architecture roadmap & architecture views (update & rebaseline on a periodic basis). Solutions Architect Collaboration: Partner with Solutions Architects to understand business needs, technical requirements, and challenges, translating them into actionable architectural plans. Work collaboratively with the Solutions Architect team to ensure architectural designs effectively address business and technical considerations. Technology Evaluation and Selection: Participate in the evaluation and provide recommendation on the technology solutions, platforms, frameworks, and tools that best suit the bank’s requirements, considering factors such as scalability, security, interoperability, and regulatory compliance. Engage with Solutions Architects to assess the feasibility and potential impact of technology choices on solution design. Architecture Governance and Compliance: Define and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency, quality, and security across all technology initiatives. Work with Solutions Architects to ensure that architectural designs adhere to industry regulations, security standards, and data privacy requirements. Develop and refine all Enterprise Architecture artifacts &Technology Standards to build Architecture Content Repository. Monitor interim architecture and ensure compliance based on agreed timeline to correct. Solution Development and Implementation: Jointly lead the design of end-to-end architectural solutions for complex banking systems, applications, and integrations, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and business goals. Collaborate with Solutions Architects during the implementation phase, providing technical guidance and support to ensure successful execution of architectural designs. Innovations Management Monitor and scan emerging trends and technologies and work with the different business units in identifying potential use on how to leverage on these technologies to future-proof the bank. Change Management and Communication: Collaborate with the other Enterprise Architects and Solutions Architect teams to drive the adoption of architectural principles and methodologies within the bank, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, BIAN, AWS/Azure/GCP architecture certifications) are advantageous. Knowledge of BIAN is a plus Proven track record (8+ years) of successful enterprise architecture, solution design, and technology leadership within the banking or financial services sector. In-depth understanding of banking operations, core banking systems, digital transformation, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in architecture modeling tools, methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., UML, ArchiMate, TOGAF). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical architectural solutions. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities, capable of fostering teamwork and partnership across organizational boundaries. Exceptional presentation and story-telling skills. Experience with presenting to C-Suite Executives and Board of Directors is a plus. Experience with cloud computing, API integration, data management, and security best practices.
