Le poste d’Associate Lead Engineer – Machine Learning Engineer chez Thomson Reuters requiert des compétences avancées en apprentissage automatique. Spearhead le développement et l’implémentation technique de solutions d’apprentissage automatique.
Gérer des projets de routine avec des risques et des besoins en ressources gérables.
Livrer des solutions AI/ML en utilisant des technologies émergentes pour divers produits.
Former et encadrer des collègues, ainsi qu’expliquer des concepts complexes.
Concevoir et développer des logiques de contrôle pour des solutions basées sur l’IA.
Améliorer les opérations par l’analyse de systèmes et recommander des changements de politique.

Profil Recherché

Compétences et expériences souhaitées :
Le candidat idéal possède :

Plus de 5 ans d’expérience en apprentissage automatique, en particulier dans les systèmes de recommandation.
Compréhension solide des infrastructures de données, ainsi que des pratiques DevOps/MLOps.
Au moins 2 ans d’expérience avec les technologies cloud, idéalement AWS.
Maîtrise de Python, SQL et de la modélisation de données ; connaissance de DBT est un atout.
Familiarité avec des outils tels que Spark, Airflow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas et Keras.
Expérience en leadership au sein d’équipes d’ingénierie.
Capacités créatives de résolution de problèmes.

Break down business requirements into work for the team to execute on.Spearhead the development and technical implementation of machine learning solutions, including configuration and integration, to fulfill business,product, and recommender system objectivesLead routine projects with manageable risks and resource requirementsDeliver AI/ML solutions using emerging technologies for multiple products or complex projects with minimal guidanceTrain and mentor colleaguesExplain difficult concepts and influence others to adopt a point of view for ideas and initiativesCraft and sustain technical outputs such as design documentation and representative models.Design and develop control logic for end-to-end AI-based solutionsLead the design and development of Proof of Concepts and complex AI/ML solutionsImprove operations by conducting systems analysis and recommend policy changesAbout YouYou are a fit for the role of Lead Machine Learning Engineer if you meet all or most of these criteria:

Over 5 years of experience with machine learning, especially Recommender Systems.
Strong understanding of data processing, ML infrastructure, and DevOps/MLOps.
At least 2 years with cloud technologies (preferably AWS).
Proficient in Python, SQL, and data modeling; DBT is a plus.
Familiarity with Spark, Airflow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and Keras.
Experience leading engineering teams.
Creative problem-solving skills.
