- Manage the Sports & Recreation team in different areas including business planning, venue and equipment readiness planning, staff training and programme development
- Propose, plan and oversee the project management of renovation projects, facilities installation & enhancement, liaise with various stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation
- Oversee and ensure safe, effective and efficient operation of Sports & Recreation Facilities
- Prepare and analysis the business report and provide strategic plans for club development
- Explore any cooperation opportunities with the potential sports development in the club, recruit service providers and prepare the related service agreement
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Sports & Recreation, Facilities management or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years relevant work experience, with 5 years supervisory experience
- Strong leadership with excellent analytical, organizational and communication skill
- Creative, highly motivated and responsible
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
