Mission Principale

En tant que LSU Controller, le titulaire est un partenaire stratégique essentiel pour le LSU Manager. Il est responsable de la gestion efficace des performances commerciales ainsi que des processus financiers comprenant la planification, le budget, la prévision, le reporting, et l’analyse des résultats. Ce rôle autorise également une influence significative sur les décisions opérationnelles et stratégiques, ce qui en fait une position clés pour l’avenir de l’entreprise.

Responsabilités

Contribuer à la stratégie : Le LSU Controller doit non seulement traduire la stratégie en plans d’affaires, mais aussi s’assurer que des objectifs mesurables sont établis. Il est le principal point de contact entre les différentes fonctions de l’entreprise et le Service Business Unit (BU) dans la region.
Gestion des risques : Assurer le déploiement efficace des processus de gestion des risques au sein du LSU et garantir la conformité avec les obligations contractuelles en négociant les termes financiers.
Transparence financière : Le rôle implique également de mener des initiatives d’optimisation et d’amélioration continue des processus financiers, garantissant ainsi la transparence dans les rapports financiers et les divulgations.
Collaboration : Faciliter le partage des meilleures pratiques au sein de la communauté Finance et Controlling, contribuant au développement de la stratégie de Finance des personnes.

Profil Recherché

Le candidat idéal doit posséder les compétences et qualifications suivantes :

Un diplôme en administration des affaires ou en finance (bachelor ou master).
Une expérience opérationnelle et de solides compétences en stratégie, pensée critique et analytique.
Une connaissance approfondie en Finance et Contrôle ainsi qu’en Gestion des Risques.
D’excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
