Description du Poste
En tant que Finance Officer, vous rejoindrez une équipe interne dédiée aux opérations financières. Vos responsabilités incluront :
- Préparation et envoi des factures aux clients.
- Gestion des comptes en souffrance et suivi des paiements.
- Rapprochement des comptes clients et maintenance du grand livre.
- Assistance à la gestion de la trésorerie et aux rapports de créances échues.
- Support au processus d’achat et suivi des commandes.
- Contribuer à la clôture de fin de mois, y compris les écritures de journal et les rapprochements.
- Répondre aux questions internes liées aux finances.
- Implication dans les améliorations des systèmes financiers et des rapports.
Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal devra répondre aux critères suivants :
- Entre 1 et 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire en finance ou comptabilité.
- Un diplôme obtenu ou en cours d’obtention en Comptabilité, Commerce ou Finance.
- Un sens aigu du détail et de fortes compétences en communication.
- Une personne motivée, désireuse d’apprendre et de progresser au sein d’une équipe financière.
- Capacité à prioriser et à gérer des délais concurrents.

📝 Description du poste : I’m working with a well-established business based in Brisbane that’s looking to hire a Finance Officer to join their internal finance team. This is a great role for someone who’s recently graduated with a degree in accounting or commerce, or has 1–3 years of experience in a finance or accounts environment.
You’ll be working across accounts receivable and collections, supporting month-end tasks, and getting exposure to broader financial operations. It’s an excellent opportunity to step into a supportive team with genuine long-term career development on offer.What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing and sending invoices to customers
- Managing overdue accounts and following up on payments
- Reconciling customer accounts and maintaining the ledger
- Assisting with cash flow and aged receivables reporting
- Supporting the procurement process and purchase order tracking
- Assisting with month-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Responding to internal finance-related queries
- Getting involved in finance system and reporting improvements
What we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounts role
- A completed or near-completed degree in Accounting, Commerce or Finance
- A good eye for detail and strong communication skills
- Someone eager to learn and grow within a finance team
- Ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
