Le poste est proposé sous un format casual, avec un système de rotation 24/7 incluant des week-ends, des soirées et des jours fériés. Les horaires incluent des shifts de 6h30 à 15h00, de 14h30 à 23h00 et de 22h30 à 7h00.
Responsabilités Principales
En tant que Mental Health Support Worker au sein du programme HASI Plus, vos missions comprendront :
- Assister les consommateurs atteints de troubles mentaux via des plans de rétablissement personnalisés.
- Participer à l’évaluation et à la révision des plans de rétablissement des consommateurs, en collaboration avec des professionnels de santé et des partenaires communautaires.
- Encourager des stratégies d’autosoins, améliorer les compétences sociales et de vie quotidienne et soutenir l’intégration communautaire.
- Réaliser des évaluations de risque et des activités de planification de la sécurité pour les consommateurs engagés.
Critères Essentiels
Les candidats doivent répondre aux exigences suivantes :
- Disponibilité pour travailler des shifts le matin et le soir, du lundi au vendredi.
- Détention d’un Certificat IV en santé mentale, services communautaires ou domaine connexe ou l’équivalent.
- Minimum de deux ans d’expérience dans le soutien aux consommateurs avec des maladies mentales sévères et persistantes.
- Permis de conduire complet de la NSW.
- Compréhension des principes de la pratique de la santé mentale orientée vers le rétablissement.
- Capacité démontrée à élaborer des plans de soutien individuels et à utiliser des mesures de résultats.

💰 SCHADS Level 2 + 25% casual loading (commensurate with experience)Join our dynamic team providing essential community-based outreach and recovery-oriented support for individuals aged 16 and over.As a Mental Health Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in developing and monitoring individualised recovery plans that empower consumers to achieve their personal goals. You’ll assist with assessments and deliver tailored support that promotes independence and wellbeing.This role is part of the Housing and Accommodation Support Initiative (HASI) Plus, a statewide, high-intensity, transitional rehabilitation program. HASI Plus supports people living with severe mental illness and complex daily challenges, offering up to 24/7 clinical and psychosocial support in a recovery-focused framework.About the roleThe Mental Health Support Worker of HASI Plus will work with the HASI Plus, Clinical Lead, and Service Manager to ensure that the most appropriate and effective services are provided to consumers of the HASI Plus service.Duties and responsibilities also include:
- Assist in the delivery of individual assistance for consumers with a mental illness, based on individual recovery goals to support consumers.
- Assist with the monitoring and review of consumer recovery plans, in partnership with Clinical Lead/carers/family members/clinicians/ community organisations as appropriate.
- Promoting positive self-care strategies, enhancing social and daily living skills, increasing vocational capacity, and supporting community integration
- Complete risk assessments and safety planning activities as required for consumers engaged with service
Essential Criteria:
- Availability to work AM & PM shifts between Monday to Fridays
- Minimum Certificate IV in Peer Mental Health, Mental health or Community Services or related field or equivalent
- At least two years of experience working with consumers with severe and persistent mental illness
- NSW full Driver’s License
- Understanding of the Principles of Recovery-Orientated Mental Health Practice
- Demonstrated ability to develop Individual Support Plans and utilise outcome measures
