Le poste est basé à Seoul, Corée, au sein de l’Automotive Business Unit.
Responsabilités Principales
- Diriger et gérer les activités de vente pour le compte automobile de Hyundai, avec un accent sur l’atteinte des objectifs de revenu et de croissance.
- Établir et entretenir des relations à long terme avec les parties prenantes clés chez Hyundai et ses partenaires affiliés.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour fournir des solutions adaptées aux exigences techniques et commerciales de Hyundai.
- Développer et exécuter des plans de vente stratégiques, incluant la prévision et la gestion de compte.
- Se tenir informé des tendances de l’industrie et des nouvelles technologies automobiles.
- Préparer et présenter des démonstrations techniques et des propositions aux équipes d’ingénierie et d’approvisionnement de Hyundai.
- Négocier des contrats et des conditions pour maximiser la valeur pour Analog Devices et Hyundai.
- Fournir un retour d’information régulier aux équipes de développement produit et de management.
- Assurer la conformité avec les processus internes de vente et les systèmes CRM.
Qualifications Requises
- Baccalauréat en ingénierie électrique ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience de 5 à 10 ans dans la vente, de préférence dans le secteur automobile, avec un historique de succès.
- Compréhension approfondie des systèmes et composants automobiles.
- Aptitudes en communication, négociation et présentation avec une capacité d’influence sur les parties prenantes.
- Expérience dans la préparation de propositions techniques et de documentation.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
Compétences Privilégiées
- Relations existantes au sein de Hyundai ou d’autres grands fabricants automobiles coréens.
- Maîtrise des outils CRM et des plateformes de vente numérique.
- Connaissances en électronique automobile, semi-conducteurs et technologies émergentes.
- Fluente en coréen et en anglais.

The ideal candidate will possess 5–10 years of proven sales experience in the automotive sector and hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE). This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, strategic sales acumen, and strong relationship management skills to expand our footprint in the automotive electronics market.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales activities for the Hyundai automotive account, ensuring achievement of revenue and growth targets.
- Build, nurture, and expand long-term relationships with key stakeholders at Hyundai and affiliated partners.
- Collaborate with internal technical, product, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet Hyundai’s technical and commercial requirements.
