Description du Poste

Le rôle de **Junior System Engineer – Maritime Systems** implique la conception, la spécification et l’intégration de systèmes de communication et d’information maritimes à haute disponibilité. Le candidat soutiendra également les clients internationaux dans la conception, le déploiement et l’acceptation des systèmes.

Tâches Principales

• Conception et Intégration : Développer des systèmes communicants adaptés à des contextes maritimes critiques.
• Soutien aux Clients : Offrir une expertise technique lors du déploiement des systèmes.
• Coordination : Apporter un lien entre les équipes de développement, la gestion de projet et les clients.
• Collaboration : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d’ingénierie pour améliorer en continu les solutions proposées.
• Contributions Internationales : Participer activement à des projets internationaux visant à renforcer la sécurité maritime.

Qualifications Requises

• Formation : Diplôme en informatique, ingénierie électrique, télécommunications ou domaine technique connexe.
• Expérience : Minimum de 2 ans dans l’intégration de systèmes, l’ingénierie des systèmes ou projets techniques.
• Compétences Techniques : Bonne connaissance des infrastructures réseau et serveurs (Linux/Windows), idéalement dans un environnement critique pour la sécurité.
• Langues : Compétences en communication en allemand et en anglais, avec un intérêt pour le travail avec des clients internationaux.
• Mobilité : Disponibilité à voyager à l’international pour les missions (environ 20 % du temps).

• Design, specify, and integrate high-availability maritime communication and information systems
• Support international customers with system design, rollout, and acceptance – with technical expertise and foresight
• Coordinate technical requirements between development teams, project management, and the customer
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to continuously improve and evolve our solutions – both technically and personally
• Contribute to international projects and actively shape the future of maritime safety

Key Qualifications

• Completed education in IT, electrical engineering, telecommunications or a comparable technical field
• At least 2 years of professional experience in system integration, systems engineering, or technical project work
• Solid knowledge of network and server infrastructure (Linux/Windows), ideally in a safety-critical environment • Strong communication skills in German and English, and enthusiasm for working with international customers
• Willingness to travel internationally for project assignments (approx. 20%)
