Descriptif du Poste

En tant que Support Associate, vous intégrerez l’équipe des opérations en direct et serez le lien direct avec les utilisateurs de Wolt, qu’il s’agisse de clients, de coursiers ou de restaurants. Votre mission sera de fournir un service client exemplaire, répondant aux attentes de tous.

Responsabilités Principales :

Gérer les **live-chats** entrants de clients, restaurants et coursiers pendant vos horaires de travail.
Contribuer au développement continu de la fonction de support en collaboration avec d’autres équipes au sein de Wolt.
Assurer à la fois un support entrant et sortant par téléphone.
Identifier et résoudre de manière proactive les problèmes en analysant le volume des commandes à l’aide d’outils internes.
Veiller à ce que les opérations de livraison se déroulent sans heurts en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe des opérations.
