Localisation : Vienne, Autriche
En tant qu’SRE Engineer III, vous intégrerez une équipe d’ingénierie chargée de la gestion des applications à travers divers centres de données, tant sur site que dans le cloud. Ce rôle implique la supervision des processus de surveillance, de reporting et de résolution d’incidents.
Responsabilités Clés
- Transition Technologique : Superviser le passage des applications Windows vers AWS et Kubernetes sur Linux.
- Infrastructure-as-Code : Contribuer à l’architecture et à l’implémentation de l’infrastructure en tant que code.
- Automation : Gérer des initiatives d’automatisation pour l’infrastructure cloud et sur site.
- Support Technique : Fournir une assistance de 2e et 3e ligne pour garantir une résolution rapide des problèmes.
- Collaboration Inter-équipes : Travailler étroitement avec les départements de développement, d’infrastructure et de sécurité.
- Meilleures Pratiques : Mettre en œuvre des pratiques d’opérations pour la gestion des modifications et la planification des capacités.
- Documentation : Créer et maintenir la documentation technique.
- Mentorat : Soutenir les membres juniors de l’équipe dans leur développement professionnel.
Qualifications Requises
- Expérience en Cloud : Compétence avérée en matière d’initiatives cloud, de préférence avec AWS.
- Kubernetes : Familiarité avec l’orchestration de conteneurs et gestion de clusters à grande échelle.
- Terraform : Capacité à créer des modules Terraform.
- CI/CD : Solide expérience dans le développement de pipelines CI/CD.
- Observabilité : Expertise dans les outils de surveillance pour assurer une visibilité adéquate.
- Collaboration : Compétences en travail d’équipe et en mentorat.
- Langue : Maîtrise de l’anglais (oral et écrit).
- Certifications : Des certificats comme AWS Certified Solutions Architect ou CKA/CKAD seraient un plus.

So let’s win together.Job DescriptionAs an SRE Engineer III, you will join one of our engineering teams responsible for managing all aspects of hosting, monitoring, reporting, and incident troubleshooting for various applications running across multiple locations and data centers, both on-prem and in the cloud.WHAT YOU WILL DOLead the transition from Windows-based applications in high-availability production and non-production environments to AWS and on-prem Kubernetes on Linux.Support the architecture and implementation of infrastructure-as-code.Manage automation initiatives for cloud and on-prem infrastructure.Provide 2nd and 3rd line incident support to ensure prompt and efficient issue resolution.Collaborate closely with other teams, including development, infrastructure, and security, to ensure applications run on reliable and secure infrastructure.Maintain, adapt, and improve monitoring and reporting.Implement best practices for application operations, including change management, release management, capacity planning, resource planning, and fine-tuning of application environments.Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and key stakeholders, providing advice and support on relevant topics.Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.Create and maintain technical documentation.Participate in an on-call rotation.Provide mentorship and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth and development.QualificationsExperience in cloud initiatives and delivering key infrastructure for core projects.Experience in cloud platforms, particularly AWS, with the ability to implement and optimize cloud architectures.Experience with container orchestration platforms, specifically Kubernetes, and experience managing large-scale clusters at the enterprise level.Experience in creating Terraform modules.Strong experience developing CI/CD pipelines securely and cost-effectively.Strong expertise with monitoring tools and providing the right level of observability for product engineering teams.Ability to optimize cloud costs and maintain cost awareness.Experience working in a high-availability, 24/7 production environment.Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, including mentoring junior team members.Passion for understanding problems and delivering effective solutions.Good networking skills.Strong infrastructure knowledge (DNS, OS, Virtualization).Fluent in English (both written and spoken).Self-driven personality with a strong eagerness to learn and deliver.NOT MANDATORY BUT NICE TO HAVE CERTIFICATESAWS Certified Solutions Architect – ProfessionalAWS Certified DevOps Engineer – ProfessionalCKA or CKAD CertificationAdditional InformationMedical Insurance (including Dental and Optical cover) – Personal coverAnnual Holiday – 5 weeks, plus local public holidaysAdditional ‘It’s Your Game’ day offEntain & Enhance days – 2 paid days off to focus on your professional or personal development1 month usage of company apartmentLife assurance – 2x Annual SalarySharesave SchemePaid subscription to the mental wellbeing app Unmind for you and one otherPaid subscription to getabstractHome office setup expensesEmployee assistance program that includes access to counselling sessions, financial wellbeing, legal information and help with relationship and family advice.At Entain, we do what’s right.
