Description du Poste
Le poste de Presales Engineer au sein de Frequentis implique des responsabilités techniques et commerciales, centrées sur la promotion du produit phare de l’entreprise, GuardX. Cette solution de recording de pointe a été conçue pour répondre aux exigences de sécurité des environnements critiques, grâce à une couverture complète des données essentielles à analyser.
Tâches Principales
* Les principales responsabilités incluent :
- Soutien technique à la vente avec contact client international dans divers marchés.
- Élaboration de spécifications techniques, traitement des offres et descriptions de valeur pour les clients.
- Évaluation des besoins clients et conception de concepts de solutions adaptés.
- Assurer la faisabilité technique et la transparence des coûts dans des conditions compétitives.
- Organisation et animation d’ateliers clients, de présentations et de démonstrations.
- Participation active à l’élaboration de stratégies de vente.
- Networking interne efficace avec les collègues de tous niveaux.
Qualifications Requises
Pour postuler, les candidats doivent posséder les qualifications suivantes :
- Formation technique supérieure orientée vers l’informatique, les réseaux ou les télécommunications, ou expérience professionnelle pertinente.
- Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire (presales, vente technique).
- Connaissances antérieures en solutions informatique souhaitées.
- Expérience en technologie de communication vocale et solutions IP/VoIP.
- Aptitude à travailler dans un environnement multiculturel et diverse.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais, d’autres langues étant un atout.
- Capacité à établir des connexions interpersonnelles avec divers parties prenantes.

- Technical sales support with international customer contact within all our markets (civil aviation, defence, public safety, maritime and public transportation)
- Processing tenders and creating technical solution specifications, customer value descriptions, calculations, etc.
- Evaluating customer needs, requirements and design the solution concepts
- Ensure technical feasibility and cost transparency at commercially competitive conditions
- Customer workshops, meetings and presentations are held by you on-site at the customer’s premises or at our HQ in Vienna – Customer-specific product presentations, demos and advising our customers
- Actively participating in the creation of successful sales strategies
- One of your success factors is the internal networking with our colleges on all levels, e.g. Sales, Offer Management, Product Departments, etc.
Key Qualifications
- Completed higher technical education with focus on information technology/network technology/telecommunications or relevant professional experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role e.g. presales, technical sales or solution consulting, previous hands-on engineering experience are an advantage
- Previously acquired know-how in IT solutions preferred
- Experience with Voice communication technology/End-to-end IP and VoIP Solutions, e.g. common telecommunication protocols PSTN, MPLS, LAN and common IT equipment like servers, switches and storage
- You are comfortable working in a diverse and multicultural setting, where different cultures and perspectives are valued
- Possessing proficient knowledge of English (primary language used within the department), other languages would be advantageous in promoting effective collaboration
- We are looking for a team-oriented person with strong interpersonal skills, who enjoys establishing connections with internal and external stakeholders
