Ce poste est destiné à ceux qui partagent la vision de Comfort Hotel : accueillir les clients de manière chaleureuse et authentique. Les principales responsabilités incluent :
- Accueillir les clients avec une approche amicale et décontractée, établissant ainsi une ambiance positive pour leur séjour.
- Gérer les procédures d’enregistrement et de départ, les réservations ainsi que les ventes de produits du bar et de la épicerie.
- Fournir des conseils locaux et des recommandations, tissant des liens qui surpassent une relation de simple service.
- Maintenir une ambiance dynamique au sein de l’équipe, en collaborant pour conserver l’esprit urbain et sans effort de *Comfort*.
- Travailler en horaires flexibles, selon un calendrier incluant weekends et jours fériés.
Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal doit posséder certaines qualités et compétences :
- Être dynamique, accessible, et capable de s’épanouir dans un environnement urbain rapide.
- Adhérer à une équipe diversifiée, valorisant le multiculturalisme.
- Avoir un talent naturel pour établir des connexions et faire en sorte que les clients se sentent à leur place.
- S’adapter rapidement et positivement aux imprévus de la journée.
- Une expérience antérieure en hôtellerie ou service client serait un atout, mais la personnalité et la motivation prédominent.
La maîtrise de l’anglais est essentielle, avec des connaissances de base en norvégien également souhaitées. Des compétences linguistiques additionnelles peuvent enrichir la candidature.

- Welcome guests with a friendly, no-nonsense approach, setting the tone for a great stay
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, bookings and inquiries, guest sales from the deli and barception keeping the guest experience smooth and seamless
- Support guests with everything from local tips to insider recommendations, creating a connection that goes beyond the basics
- Keep the Barception buzzing with energy and positivity, working closely with colleagues to maintain Comfort’s effortless, urban vibe
- Work hours will be according to schedule with shifts from 07:00-15:00, 10:00-18:00, 15:00-23:00 and will include weekends and holidays.
