Your Role

  • You act as a consulting contact person responsible for the support and management of specific IT applications
  • Your tasks include error detection, analysis of log files, and subsequent coordination of error resolution
  • In your role, you take responsibility for smooth operations and support users with technical questions and problems
  • You are responsible for developing and implementing technological roadmaps in alignment with our clients’ corporate strategy
  • You oversee changes and upgrades and monitor the status of compliance-related requirements for the respective applications

Skills and Expertise

  • You have successfully completed a university degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field, along with several years of professional experience in the IT sector
  • You have several years of professional experience, ideally in a management consultancy, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
  • You possess deep technical understanding of IT applications and the software application lifecycle (SDLC) management
  • You have knowledge of Java, experience with CI/CD processes, and cloud platforms
  • In addition to your technical skills, you have strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and outstanding communication talent
  • Fluent German and English skills
