En tant que Retail Artist, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans l’expérience client au sein des boutiques Charlotte Tilbury. Vos responsabilités incluent :
- Dépassement des objectifs : Travailler à un rythme soutenu pour atteindre et surpasser les indicateurs de performance (KPI).
- Travail d’équipe : Favoriser la collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe et la direction pour créer un environnement de travail harmonieux.
- Art de l’esthétique : Être un ambassadeur de la marque, partager vos connaissances et offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle.
- Adaptabilité : Ajuster votre approche en fonction des besoins des clients pour maximiser les ventes.
- Standards de présentation : Respecter les normes de présentation de l’entreprise, en incarnant l’image de la marque.
Profil recherché
Le candidat idéal pour ce poste possède :
- Formation : Un certificat NVQ-3 en thérapie de beauté est souhaité.
- Expérience : Une expérience antérieure en tant que conseiller de vente, de préférence dans un environnement rapide comme la beauté, le retail ou les produits de grande consommation (FMCG).
- Passion : Une forte motivation à faire partie d’une marque de beauté innovante et à partager cet enthousiasme.
- Compétences en maquillage : Savoir appliquer le maquillage en adaptant votre style aux divers besoins des clients.

About you
- Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy
- You will ideally have had some experience as a Sales Advisor. Ideally this will be gained from a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG.
- You aspire to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts the way it is seen – and continues to grow. You love all things Charlotte Tilbury – and are not afraid to spread the word.
- Ideally you will have experience in applying makeup – and knowing how to adapt your style to different customers with different needs.
