Responsabilités Clés
En tant que Manager, vos responsabilités incluront :
- Gestion de projets complexes : Assurer la livraison d’analyses et de recommandations pertinentes et pertinentes, conformes aux attentes des organismes de politique publique de la Commission européenne.
- Leadership intellectuel : Contribuer aux propositions et à la élaboration de budgets, en fournissant un encadrement méthodologique aux projets.
- Création de partenariats : Utiliser votre réseau établi d’experts et de partenaires pour gérer des projets variés et innovants.
- Analyse juridique : Réaliser des analyses comparatives et d’évaluation des lacunes juridiques.
- Développement de l’équipe : Encourager la collaboration, la croissance des talents et l’apprentissage au sein de votre équipe.
Profil du Candidat
Les candidats idéaux devront répondre aux critères suivants :
- Formation : Diplôme de Master en droit d’une juridiction de l’UE-27, une spécialisation en droit européen étant un atout particulier.
- Expérience : Au moins 5 ans d’expérience pertinente, avec une capacité avérée à gérer des équipes multidisciplinaires.
- Compétences en communication : Capacité à rédiger des propositions et à interagir efficacement en anglais avec divers interlocuteurs.
- Innovation : Un intérêt marqué pour le domaine des marchés internes et des consommateurs, avec un esprit créatif pour générer de nouvelles idées.

You will be joining our Internal Market & Consumers Team which has a high-profile, expanding project portfolio including for the European Commission and its agencies across a range of policy topics such as SMEs & entrepreneurship, industry & sustainability, standardisation, digital markets, consumer empowerment & awareness & safety. We currently run projects and framework contracts for DG GROW, DG JUST, DG CNCT, DG FISMA, EISMEA, the EP IMCO and ITRE committees and others. As Manager you will:
- manage complex projects, deliver evidence based outputs on time and to the satisfaction of the EC public policy bodies;
- lead and contribute to proposals, consortia and develop budgets;
- provide intellectual & methodological leadership in projects and proposals;
- have established network of partners and legal experts whom you will be able to activate from day one to win, manage and deliver diverse public policy projects;
- have proficiency in transposition and conformity assessments;
- have proficiency in analysing legal issues, including comparative legal analysis and gap analysis;
- organise and coordinate specific contracts (guiding, and ensuring the quality of the legal desk research and interviews, etc.) and communicate with the clients;
- develop data collection guides, questionnaires or research templates;
- contribute to the leadership and growth of the team by bringing fresh and innovative ideas;
- encourage collaboration and mutual learning;
- contribute to the internal training programme and help to develop junior team members.
In addition, as a Manager you will be able to provide supportive leadership to the IMC team. You will have an evidence in building business or strong interest in internal market & consumers area.Your ProfileYou have:
- Master’s degree in law from an EU-27 jurisdiction. Specialisation in EU law is a distinct advantage;
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience;
- Ability to lead large multidisciplinary and multicultural teams involving partners, experts, and internal teams;
- Ability to foster talents of colleagues by leading by example and fostering opportunities to learn and grow;
- Experience of writing and winning competitive bids;
- Ability to write and communicate with clients, partners, experts, and colleagues in excellent English.
