Rôle et responsabilités

En tant que Consultant Senior, vous aurez un rôle crucial dans la gestion des risques et de la conformité pour nos clients du secteur financier. Vos principales responsabilités incluront :

  • Travailler sur divers projets impliquant des banques, des compagnies d’assurance et des institutions de paiement.
  • Collaborer avec une équipe d’experts pour délivrer des conseils stratégiques en matière de réglementation et de gestion des risques.
  • Aider les clients à se conformer aux nouvelles réglementations tout en évaluant leur impact opérationnel.
  • Optimiser les processus internes des institutions financières, en se concentrant sur l’innovation technologique et la transformation numérique.

Profil recherché

Pour exceller dans ce rôle, les candidats doivent posséder :

  • Un diplôme de Master en économie appliquée, finance, ingénierie civile ou domaine connexe.
  • Une expérience préalable de 2 à 3 ans, idéalement au sein d’un cabinet de conseil reconnu ou dans le secteur bancaire.
  • Des compétences analytiques solides, ainsi qu’une aptitude à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement avec les clients.
  • Une maîtrise des langues : le français et/ou le néerlandais, ainsi que l’anglais.
