Description du Poste
Le rôle de Bellman chez EDITION est essentiel pour garantir une expérience mémorable aux clients, tant à leur arrivée qu’à leur départ. Les Guest Arrival Experts (experts en arrivée de clients) ont pour mission de superviser et d’améliorer ces moments clés, en offrant une gamme variée de services pour guider les invités tout au long de leur séjour.
Fonctions Principales
Les responsabilités incluent, sans s’y limiter :
- Accueil des clients : faire en sorte que chaque arrivée soit accueillante et mémorable.
- Gestion des demandes : répondre aux requêtes des invités avec diligence et courtoisie.
- Mouvements physiques : le travail nécessite de rester actif, en se déplaçant souvent, ainsi qu’en soulevant et transportant des objets de moins de 50 lbs individuellement et plus de 75 lbs avec assistance.
L’engagement vers un environnement de travail sécurisé et respectueux est primordial. Les employés doivent suivre les politiques de l’entreprise, maintenir la confidentialité et protéger les actifs de l’établissement, tout en veillant à ce que leur présentation et leurs communications soient conformes aux normes professionnelles.
