Le rôle de Bellman/Doorman ne se limite pas à la simple prise en charge des affaires. Ce poste exige de créer une expérience mémorable, de l’accueil au départ. Le candidat devra faire preuve d’initiative pour adapter son approche en fonction des indications données par chaque client. Les principales responsabilités incluent :
- Accueillir les clients avec courtoisie.
- Assurer le transport des clients et de leurs bagages à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur de l’hôtel.
- S’assurer que les clients disposent de tout ce dont ils ont besoin pour atteindre leur destination souhaitée.
Le Bellman/Doorman doit également veiller à la sécurité sur le lieu de travail, respecter les politiques de l’entreprise, maintenir une apparence professionnelle, et protéger les actifs de l’entreprise. Le poste nécessite une présence physique active, notamment la capacité à se tenir debout, marcher et soulever des objets pesant jusqu’à 50 livres.
