Le poste de Bilingual Support Analyst est une opportunité à temps plein, sur site à Porto Rico. Le rôle se concentre sur l’optimisation des opérations système et la fourniture d’un soutien exceptionnel aux utilisateurs finaux.
Responsabilités Clés
- Fournir un service de qualité : Répondre rapidement et efficacement aux demandes des utilisateurs.
- Gestion des incidents : Diagnostiquer et résoudre des problèmes techniques complexes, et suivre les protocoles établis.
- Collaboration interfonctionnelle : Travailler étroitement avec différentes équipes pour traiter les problèmes opérationnels.
- Maintenance technologique : Assurer le bon fonctionnement de l’infrastructure matérielle et logicielle.
- Documentation : Élaborer et maintenir des guides d’utilisateur et des procédures opérationnelles.
Exigences du Profil
Formation : Diplôme en ingénierie des systèmes, ingénierie électronique, ingénierie logicielle ou domaines similaires.
Expérience : Expérience en support technique dans un environnement informatique similaire.
Compétences requises :
- Niveau d’anglais : B2+
- Expertise en maintenance de matériel et de logiciels.
- Compétences solides en résolution de problèmes.
- Capacité à gérer le stress efficacement.
Compétences préférées : Familiarité avec les cadres ITIL et l’expérience dans des organisations de grande envergure sont un plus.

Lead and resolve incidents and requests across various operational areas.
Diagnose and fix complex technical issues, advancing as needed while following defined advancing channels.
Work closely with teams from different functions to ensure operational issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Maintain and support hardware and software infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure incident management processes are followed, from initial report through to resolution.
Develop and maintain documentation for fixing, operational procedures, and user guides.
What we need to see from you:Profile RequirementsTechnician, Technologist, or Professional in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Demonstrable experience in providing on-site support as a support analyst in a similar IT environment.
Strong knowledge of operational workflows and support procedures.Required SkillsEnglish Level: B2+
Expertise in equipment maintenance, both at the hardware and software levels, including printers, VPN, and technical diagnostics.
Experience with management tools, equipment support, and incident management software.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Outstanding communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with different teams and users.
Ability to work under stress and handle challenging support situations efficiently.Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with ITIL frameworks and standard methodologies for incident management.
Experience in IT support in a large-scale, enterprise-level organization.
