Description du poste : SummaryJob DescriptionJob Purpose– Develop and optimize the performance of the Retail network in Korea and lead the Retail store team for operational excellence.
– The Operation Manager is mainly in charge of Retail Operation to provide all the support to the stores to achieve their sales objectives, KPIs, and to deliver the best service level to our customers as well as effective working environment to our employees.Job Scope– In charge of Store operation, execution of Bottega Veneta Initiatives, budget management– Responsible for supporting the Retail stores, developing and leading the operational strategy for the region by partnering with Retail Area Managers.Main Job Responsibilities– Store Operations Management– Develop & enforce store operational procedures: procedures conception, implementation and follow up– Evaluate operations in the region on a regular basis and makes process improvements or simplification recommendations to reduce workload for stores while maintaining brand standards.– Ensure all retail policies and procedures are enforced by management throughout the region.– Manage vendors, orders, and invoices within budget & respect of purchasing process in local– Lead and oversee the daily administrative support for the retail stores– Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned– Lead Store Projects– Prepare and manage retail projects: Store opening, closing, renovation, support pop-up/in events, including preparation of related documents– Collaborate with related departments to lead the projects (Retail Area managers, CRM, VMD, Marketing, etc.)– Implement various digital tools and integrate them into various commercial activities– Coordinate the construction and maintenance issues with related internal teams and the stores– People Management– Provide operations training to all store staff regarding store operations policies– Ensuring leadership and motivate the retail operation team through effective communication, proper performances management and coaching to develop a strong team culture to create a positive impact on the business– Planning & Development– Ensuring the consistent roll out of the brand strategy in local to achieve financial objectives, by implementing retail strategies and distribution policies that are defined by the companyJob RequirementsQualification

  • University degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of retail experience in which at least 3 years at retail team; preferably in luxury retail industry
  • Strong in store operations, sales, service and people management
  • Proficient in computer literacy and Excellent command of both written & spoken English

KnowledgeSensible for trends in luxury businessIn-depth knowledge of retail operation, CRM and Customer ServiceSkills
