Join us.Official job title: Variable Incentive Operations ManagerAs Operations Manager in the Field Operations organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring our variable incentive plans are executed fairly, accurately and timely. You’ll manage and shape how we operationalize our incentive plans, and how we put in place best-in-class practices for managing exceptions, targets and plan performance. You’ll have a direct influence on how thousands of our employees are motivated to create value for our partners and drive company performance!What you’ll do:Team Leadership: Manage a team of analysts to operationalize incentive plans, ensuring accurate bonus calculations, accruals, and application of terms and conditions using Excel models and incentive compensation systems.Quality Assurance & Compliance: Review team outputs for accuracy, oversee adherence to approval processes, maintain documentation for changes and approvals.
