La société recherche un **Global Engagement Manager – CRM** pour intégrer son équipe de croissance utilisateur à São Paulo. Ce rôle est essentiel pour coordonner des initiatives globales et améliorer l’engagement au sein de la plateforme.

Responsabilités principales

Dans ce poste, le **Global Engagement Manager** sera chargé de diverses tâches clés, notamment :

  • Leadership des Promotions et Initiatives Globales :
    • Gérer la mise en œuvre de projets globaux, de la planification au lancement.
    • Surveiller et optimiser les campagnes tout en intégrant les résultats dans les futures stratégies.
  • Leadership des Initiatives Transversales :
    • Agir en tant que point de contact principal pour assurer une exécution harmonieuse des initiatives à travers différents marchés.
  • Opportunités Stratégiques Basées sur les Données :
    • Utiliser des compétences analytiques pour identifier des opportunités globales à partir des données produit et marketing.
  • Propriété du Flux de Marketing Basé sur les Événements (EBM) :
    • Tester et optimiser les flux EBM tout en s’assurant de l’adhésion régionale pour une mise en œuvre réussie.
  • Développement de Meilleures Pratiques pour la Taux de Conversion :
    • Documenter et développer un manuel des meilleures pratiques pour garantir une cohérence globale.

Profil recherché

Le candidat idéal possède plusieurs qualifications essentielles :

  • Formation académique : Diplôme en marketing, publicité, gestion de projet ou domaine connexe.
  • Expertise : Compréhension approfondie du marketing digital et du CRM, avec une expérience avérée dans la gestion de campagnes globales.
  • Compétences analytiques : Familiarité avec les plateformes d’automatisation marketing et les outils d’analyse de données.
  • Langue : Maîtrise de l’anglais requise.

  • Promotions and Global Initiatives Leadership:
  • Act as the project manager for global initiatives, ensuring agile end-to-end execution from planning to campaign launch.
  • Oversee global campaigns (e.g., Resolutions, global partner launches), coordinating with other areas such as Wellbeing Engagement, Program Management, Brand, and other relevant areas.
  • Monitor campaign results, optimize performance, and integrate learnings into future strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Initiative Leadership:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for global initiatives with PMM, Product Development, Trainiac, and VM, ensuring seamless execution across multiple markets and regions. Align
  • complex initiatives to support overarching strategic and marketing goals.
  • Data-Driven Strategic Opportunities:
  • Leverage analytical skills to identify global and regional opportunities using product and marketing data.
  • Use deep digital marketing and data-savvy expertise to refine user growth strategies.
  • EBM Flow Ownership:
  • Oversee, test, optimize, and scale Event Based Marketing (EBM) and ongoing flows globally.
  • Secure regional buy-in to ensure successful rollouts and continuous improvements.
  • Document communication journeys specifically for Subscribers, ensuring a comprehensive view of the engagement and retention lifecycle.
  • CRO and Best Practices Development:
  • Identify, document, and scale Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) best practices-covering elements such as CTAs, templates, visuals, subject lines, and message length.
  • Develop a comprehensive best practices playbook and ensure its global consistency and adoption across UG teams.
  • Innovate and solve challenges by testing hypotheses locally, scaling successful initiatives, and continuously pushing for improvement.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and lifecycle marketing principles with a focus on engagement and retention.
  • Proven expertise in global campaign management, experimentation, and CRO best practices.
  • Familiarity with relevant marketing automation platforms and data analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and executing global marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Experience in project management, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track record of developing playbooks, documentation, and reporting frameworks that drive measurable improvements.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
