Description du poste
Le titulaire du poste, en tant qu’**Account Manager stratégique**, se concentrera sur le secteur public et sera chargé de vendre les produits et services d’Axon à des agences de sécurité publique et de maintien de l’ordre. Ce rôle exige une forte capacité à établir et entretenir des relations avec des interlocuteurs clés, tant opérationnels que décisionnels, tout en contribuant à l’élaboration de solutions complexes.
Responsabilités clés :
- Gérer et développer les revenus et la part de marché auprès des agences désignées.
- Établir des relations avec les clients pour favoriser la croissance des revenus.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe pour exécuter une stratégie de compte efficace.
- Assurer une satisfaction client optimale en comprenant leurs besoins et leurs workflows.
- Surveiller les activités des comptes et anticiper les besoins futurs.
Qualités requises
Les candidats doivent posséder des compétences variées allant de la vente en logiciel à la gestion de relations. Les exigences incluent :
- Maîtrise du portugais et de l’anglais.
- Expérience significative en vente de logiciels (SaaS/Cloud).
- Capacité à articuler des solutions complexes de manière claire.
- Utilisation de systèmes de gestion de données comme Salesforce.
- Expérience dans le domaine de la sécurité publique et souhaitable.

Axon Account Managers are responsible for selling Axon products and services to large and complex Law Enforcement and Public Safety agencies. This is a quota carrying, external field position. Ability to articulate complex solutions, build and maintain senior level relationships, navigate across customer agencies / units, and lead the Axon team to success is required. The position provides technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, and/or product training. You will take charge of a significant proportion of customers in Italy and engage in significant complex sales opportunities, often of 7- and 8-digit value. - Manage and grow revenue and market share at designated agencies to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve Axon’s strategic objectives
- Develop and maintain client relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth
- Develop and execute account strategy by collaborating with account team to deliver stronger, more relevant value propositions
- Cultivate customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery to accounts
- Focus on customer’s satisfaction, know the customer’s business and workflows, develop proper contact network within accounts
- Support execution of strategy at the account level
- Work with and bring in experts/specialists where required
- Oversee all account activities
- Responsible for forecasting, keep management in touch with accounts in a timely fashion, gather intelligence on competitor activity, and give feedback to marketing
- Track customer activity in internal systems in order to execute on account strategy and identify additional opportunities
- May provide customer product training as necessary
- Accountable for individual expense budget management
- Own account relationship and drive overall customer satisfaction for assigned accounts
What You Bring
- Bilingual in Portuguese and English
- Able to travel up to 70%
- An extensive demonstrable track record in Software Sales (SaaS / Cloud)
- Relationship / consultative selling experience
- Able to clearly and directly articulate complex solution offerings
- Data management experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
- Virtualization and Cloud understanding
- Team Player – collaborate with various team members regularly
- Ready to own & drive the territory
- Startup experience & some vertical experience a plus
- Law Enforcement / Public Safety experience a plus
