Le Manager de Fabrication et d’Installations sera responsable des opérations quotidiennes des usines afin de garantir la fiabilité et la cohérence de la production. Ce rôle exige une planification et une exécution rigoureuses des opérations de l’usine, tout en permettant certaines modifications des procédures tant que les résultats respectent les normes de qualité et de volume établies.
Responsabilités Principales
Gestion des Opérations :
- Planifier et gérer les opérations de l’atelier GE CSS à Campinas pour atteindre les objectifs de sécurité, qualité, livraison et coût.
- Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe d’assurance qualité et agir en tant que leader lean dans l’atelier, avec un accent sur des événements Kaizen pour améliorer les processus et réduire les coûts.
- Gérer les niveaux d’inventaire et garantir leur exactitude par le biais de comptages cycliques.
- Mettre en œuvre le S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) basé sur les prévisions et la charge de travail de fabrication.
- Assurer la qualité et l’expérience client exceptionnelle à travers les activités opérationnelles.
Exigences du Poste
Formation :
- Diplôme d’une université accréditée en ingénierie électrique, mécanique ou ingénierie de production.
- Compétences avancées en anglais requises.
Expérience :
- Avoir entre 3 et 5 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie de l’énergie ou pétrolière et gazière au sein d’une entreprise globale.
- Expérience antérieure dans la planification et/ou les activités de fabrication dans un environnement d’opérations d’atelier.
Critères de Distinction
- Expérience financière ou fiscale est un avantage.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
- Compétences interpersonnelles et en leadership développées.
- Capacité à coordonner plusieurs projets simultanément avec une pensée analytique.
Les candidats doivent également démontrer des compétences solides en matière de contrôle qualité et de conformité. La maîtrise de l’espagnol intermédiaire est un plus pour ce poste, qui implique également la coordination de la chaîne logistique nationale.

📝 Description du poste : Job Description Summary Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).Job DescriptionWhat you’ll do
- Manage and plan the GE CSS Campinas shop operations in order to reach defined targets in safety, quality, delivery and cost. Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards. Team management of hourly employees and contractors.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team and act as lean leader in the Shop. Take ownership on Kaizen/Lean events with the ultimate goal of defining processes improvements and cost reduction initiatives. Create new Procedures and Processes and/or update existing ones as needed.
- Manage inventory levels and guarantee accuracy through cycle and annual counting. Expected to manage the inventory based on standard KPI’s. Define, implement and control best practices to mitigate Excess & Obsolescence. Work with suppliers and Tax Team to promptly treat Scrap components.
- Implement S&OP based on backlog and forecast with support from Planning Team. Have full control and visibility of Manufacturing Workload and manage resources as required to fulfill Business’ requests. Report Manufacturing Workload through regular updates.
- Manage shop operational activities such as equipment assembly inside our shop and outsourced, internal test activities and factory acceptance tests with customers. Guarantee exceptional customer experience and high quality standards of our products. Promote daily, weekly and monthly meetings with internal Supply Chain Team to update project schedules and actions.
- Develop, control and update projects’ internal schedules. Responsible for On Time Delivery and Quality assurance.
- Work in partnership with project management and engineering. Suggest mechanical layout, wiring diagram and overall project improvements as part of the continuous improvement cycle.
- Develop, implement and control all Manufacturing KPIs.
- Responsible for all Facilities activities such as industrial and building maintenance, janitorial and P&E (Plant & Equipment) projects. Responsible for negotiating with suppliers (with Support from Sourcing). Responsible for strongly acting with Suppliers for all Facilities & Building maintenance, renovation and/or expansion. Control CAPEX budget and schedule.
- Expected to demonstrate high levels of safety, security and quality practices and act as the role model in such values for the overall plant staff.
What you’ll bring
- Graduation in an accredited university in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
- Advanced English skills
- Previous experience of at least 3-5 years in the Energy or Oil & Gas industry acting in a global company with projects of high and moderate complexity.
- Previous experience with Planning and/or manufacturing activities in a Shop operations environment

- Coordinate the national logistics chain (inbound & outbound) as well as the factory material flow. Overall shipping documents, packaging and wooden crates processes are also part of the scope.
- Previous experience working with highly customized projects for customers in Latin America
- Intermediate Spanish skills
