En tant que Business Analyst, le candidat jouera un rôle essentiel en reliant les besoins commerciaux aux solutions technologiques. Les responsabilités incluent l’analyse des problèmes et des processus d’affaires, la collecte des exigences et la proposition de solutions pour divers défis.
Principales missions :
- Analyse des besoins : Utiliser des compétences analytiques solides pour identifier et documenter des solutions efficaces.
- Collaboration interdisciplinaire : Travailler au sein d’ équipes numériques, en étroite collaboration avec la gestion de produit, les ingénieurs et les designers.
- Utilisation des méthodologies Agile : Intégrer les meilleures pratiques Agile en guidant et en mentorant les autres membres de l’équipe.
- Support opérationnel : Fournir une assistance quotidienne, y compris la résolution de tickets d’assistance.
Qualifications requises
- Expérience avérée : Minimum de 2 ans en tant que Business Analyst dans un environnement Agile.
- Compétences techniques : Connaissance des intégrations de données et familiarité avec des outils comme JIRA et Confluence.
- Autonomie et adaptabilité : Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en s’adaptant à un environnement dynamique.
- Connaissances spécifiques : Une compréhension des exigences spécifiques aux prêts hypothécaires et une familiarité avec des plateformes comme Nextgen ApplyOnline sont préférées.

Your primary responsibility will be to analyse business problems, business processes, gather requirements, and propose solutions to address various business challenges and opportunities. You will lead by example by embracing the Agile principles and BA Best Practices and will provide guidance and mentorship to other team members. We are seeking a candidate who is enthusiastic about occasional in-office collaboration. This role provides a unique opportunity to connect directly with our stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships and enhancing relationships. Collaborate within a cross-function digital team, including Product Management, Engineering and Design. Bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, driving impactful changes. Utilise strong analytical skills to propose, document, and deliver solutions. Define concise, end-to-end user stories for frontend and backend development in an agile environment. Conduct and document detailed analysis, facilitate requirements elicitation activities to identify business requirement and translate into user stories. Analyse and map our platform data to AOL across all of our Lenders. Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams (Engineering, Product, Design, QA) in remote and on-site settings. Provide BAU support, including helpdesk ticket resolution. Qualifications Proven end-to-end Business Analyst experience (2 years) within Agile Scrum Data integrations experience/knowledge is essential. Experience in the use of JIRA and Confluence to manage requirements, track progress, and facilitate collaborative documentation across agile teams. Able to work autonomously and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with Nextgen ApplyOnline platform (preferred) Familiarity with XML, comfortable with reading and understanding technical documentation (preferred) Solid understanding of the home loan application lifecycle, with a focus on lending-specific requirements (preferred) Additional Information Lendi Group teams operate across Australia and the Philippines.
