Description du Poste
**Objectif Principal :** Rechercher un analyste passionné pour convertir des données en informations exploitables, soutenant ainsi des décisions stratégiques au sein de l’équipe des opérations en Inde. Ce rôle implique une gestion importante des données visant à optimiser les processus opérationnels et à garantir une expérience client supérieure.
Responsabilités Clés
- **Surveiller et optimiser des indicateurs clés de performance** afin d’améliorer le fonctionnement des opérations.
- **Générer des insights actionnables** par l’analyse de métriques clés à travers différentes fonctions.
- **Identifier les causes fondamentales des problèmes** grâce à une analyse approfondie des données pour élaborer des solutions concrètes.
- **Développer et suivre des métriques clés** pour réduire les défauts entraînant des remboursements, tout en améliorant l’expérience des partenaires vendeurs.
- **Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes inter-fonctionnelles** pour assurer le développement et la mise en œuvre des programmes dans les délais impartis.
- **Concevoir des solutions de reporting** qui permettent aux parties prenantes de gérer les affaires efficacement.
Profil Recherché
**Qualifications de Base :**
– Diplôme de niveau Bachelor ou équivalent.
– Expérience dans la définition de besoins et l’utilisation de données pour extraire des insights commerciaux.
– Compétences en SQL ou ETL.
– Connaissances en Python, VBA, Macros et scripts Selenium.
Qualifications Préférées :
- Expérience avec des outils de visualisation de données comme Tableau.
- Capacité à travailler avec des ensembles de données très volumineux.
- Connaissance des outils de BI tels que QuickSight, Tableau ou Power BI.

In this role, you will be responsible for data mining and data reporting activities pertaining to ops processes and speed. You should be passionate about working with complex datasets and be someone who loves to turn data into insights to answer strategic business questions. You should have deep expertise in analytic view of business questions, building up & refining metrics framework to measure business operation and translating data into meaningful insights.
With customer obsession and a high sense of ownership, you will utilize your skills to identify patterns and any disruptions in it. You should be able to dive deep, scrutinize details and foresee data implications. The candidate relishes working with large volumes of data, enjoys the challenge of highly complex technical contexts, and, above all else, is passionate about data and analytics. He/she is an expert with data modeling, ETL design and business intelligence tools, has hand-on knowledge on columnar databases such as Redshift and other related AWS technologies. He/she passionately partners with the customers to identify strategic opportunities in the field of data engineering. He/she is a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, able to think big (while paying careful attention to detail) and enjoys working in a fast-paced team that continuously learns and evolves on a day to day basis.Key job responsibilities
- Driving critical metrics to monitor and optimize the business
- Generating actionable Insights through Analysis of Key metrics across functions
- Identify the root cause through deep analysis of data to reach a point where actionable solutions can be designed.
- Track, measure and report various initiatives to improve defects leading to reimbursements and improve selling partner experience
- Define, track Key metrics that need to be monitored to improve defects leading to reimbursements and improve selling partner experience
- Devise mechanisms for control, performance monitoring, and reporting to internal stakeholders.
Assist in investigating and drafting cost / benefit analysis and business requirements showcasing potential solutions for business initiatives,
- Working cross-functionally with business teams to ensure development and implementation of programs as per timelines.
- Designing and implementing reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.
- Developing basic scripts to process data to support business analysis, benchmarking, and optimization efforts
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
– Experience with SQL or ETL
– Knowledge of Python, VBA, Macros, Selenium scriptsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– Experience working with Tableau
– Experience using very large datasets
