Rôle et Responsabilités :
- Développer des cas d’affaires stratégiques en vue de l’exécution du Digital Investment Plan.
- Collaborer avec le Group Manager Digital Investment et les équipes interfonctionnelles pour s’assurer que les cas d’affaires sont conformes aux normes de qualité.
- Assurer la qualité des processus de développement des cas d’affaires et la gestion des approbations.
- Engager les parties prenantes, y compris le Ministère de la Santé et d’autres agences gouvernementales pour obtenir les financements nécessaires.
Le Business Case Lead joue un rôle clé au sein de l’équipe Digital Investment, qui fait partie de la fonction plus large de Digital Health Strategy & Design. L’objectif est de travailler à l’élaboration de feuilles de route des services numériques et de designs de solutions flexibles, en s’appuyant sur des partenariats solides.
Profil Recherché
Compétences et Expérience :
- Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience dans le développement et la gestion de cas d’affaires.
- Expérience avérée dans la navigation des processus de financement gouvernementaux.
- Capacité à coordonner et diriger des équipes interfonctionnelles dans un contexte public ou de santé.

Through integration and collaboration, we’re building a health system underpinned by partnership, equity, sustainability, whānau-centred care, and excellence.About the RoleThe Business Case Lead plays a key role in supporting the delivery of the Digital Investment Plan by leading the development of strategic business cases that enable critical digital health initiatives. Operating at both an advisory and delivery level, the role works closely with the Group Manager Digital Investment and cross-functional teams to ensure business cases are robust, strategically aligned, and meet internal and external quality standards. This includes providing quality assurance across the business case lifecycle, coordinating inputs, and managing approval processes. The Business Case Lead also leads engagement with the Ministry of Health, central agencies, and Ministers to navigate government processes and secure the capital investment and budget approvals required to deliver on Health New Zealand’s digital priorities.About the Team/Service/ LocationThe Business Case Lead sits within the Digital Investment team, part of the wider Digital Health Strategy & Design function- a collaborative, forward-thinking group focused on stakeholder engagement and strategic investment. The team works closely with Regional Digital Directors, Clinical Informatics Directors, and other key partners to develop digital service roadmaps and adaptable solution designs. By leveraging specialist expertise and strong partnerships, the team ensures investment decisions deliver outcomes that are affordable, sustainable, and equitable across Health New Zealand.About youAs an experienced advisor or programme lead in business case development and strategic investment planning, you will have a proven ability to lead complex business case processes within public sector settings. You will also have the following skills and experience to support your success in the role:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in developing and managing business cases within a complex organisation, preferably within the public sector or health sector.
- Proven experience in navigating government funding processes and engaging with central agencies.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams.
