Nous formons une équipe dynamique et engagée de plus de 60 Coordinateurs d’Affaires, organisée en plusieurs sous-équipes selon les marchés de l’EMEA. Notre équipe soutient les gestionnaires de clients, qui origines et renouvellent les affaires avec les clients. De plus, nous sommes le seul département de réassurance qui gère le processus de bout en bout.
À Propos du Rôle
Responsabilités Clés :
- Point de Contact : Agir en tant que contact clé pour les Souscripteurs Clients ou les Gestionnaires de Comptes Clés.
- Gestion de Portefeuille : Gérer un portefeuille propre, incluant la gestion des contrats, la collecte de données, l’analyse du portefeuille et les rapports.
- Collaboration : Travailler en coordination avec des équipes multifonctionnelles (Comptabilité Technique, Sinistres, Souscription, Contrats, etc.).
- Préparation : Élaborer des présentations pour les visites clients, événements et conférences.
- Participation : Éventuellement participer à des projets et initiatives.
Profil Recherché
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un joueur d’équipe autonome, fiable, constructif et ouvert d’esprit, avec une attention particulière aux détails, des compétences en communication efficace et une forte orientation client.
Compétences Essentielles :
- Le poste est adapté aux diplômés, bien que l’expérience en administration ou dans l’assurance/réassurance soit un atout.
- Compétences Linguistiques : Maîtrise de l’anglais et d’une autre langue européenne souhaitée.
- Connaissance du Pack MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Analyse de Données : La capacité à lire et interpréter les données est un avantage.
