- Market Research & Analysis: Identify emerging trends, potential clients, and new business opportunities within the software development sector.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure new clients, clearly articulating the value of Client services.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying up selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored proposals that address client needs and showcase Client capabilities.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to company growth and profitability.
- Networking: Represent the client at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance the company’s visibility.

- Experience: The ideal resource should have experience working in a software company. A minimum of 5 years in business development or sales within IT services is required.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development processes, particularly in AI/Machine Learning, Laravel, and eCommerce.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent ability to engage potential clients, articulate solutions, and close deals.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret market data to inform strategic decisions.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Proactive & Collaborative Approach: Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and strong teamwork capabilities.
