Impact du Rôle

En tant que Business Development Manager, **vous serez responsable de l’augmentation de la notoriété et de l’adoption de la plateforme EcoStruxure Automation Expert**. Ce rôle implique de cibler les intégrateurs système, les fabricants d’équipement d’origine (OEM), et les utilisateurs finaux industriels. Grow the pipeline, influence decision-makers, and close strategic deals. Reporting to the Pacific Zone EAE Leader, you’ll work closely with sales teams and our Centre of Excellence to unlock large-scale opportunities. This role suits a strategic sales hunter with deep industrial automation expertise and a passion for innovation.You’ll be on the road engaging clients and partners through in-person presentations to support EAE adoption (30-50% of time spent travelling) with a vehicle or car provided to support.Key responsibilities:

  • Tertiary qualification in Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related field/equivalent experience
  • Experience with consultative and technical solutions is a plus!
  • Deep understanding of industrial automation systems, including ICS, PLC/SCADA, DCS, and edge computing
  • Proven ability to develop, launch, and scale new products or strategies that drive growth.
  • Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business value.
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence engaging stakeholders from the shop floor to the C-suite.
  • In-depth knowledge of key industrial segments such as Water/Wastewater (WWW), Mining, Minerals and Metals (MMM), Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Energy and Chemicals (E and C), Infrastructure, and Cloud and Service Providers (C and SP)
  • Passion for sales and business development, with a proactive, results-driven mindset
  • Strategic thinker who works well both independently and collaboratively
