Focus du rôle

En tant qu’Analyste en Stratégie, vous intégrerez une nouvelle équipe dédiée aux Partenariats Stratégiques au sein de Telstra InfraCo. Votre mission principale consistera à développer et exécuter la stratégie de partenariats d’infrastructure. Ce rôle est essentiel pour la stratégie à long terme d’InfraCo, visant à établir Telstra en tant que leader dans l’infrastructure numérique à travers le plan « Connected Future 30 ».

Responsabilités clés

Les responsabilités varient et incluent, sans s’y limiter:

  • Recherche de marché : Analyser les développements du marché, les activités des concurrents et les tendances.
  • Développement de partenariats : Identifier et évaluer des opportunités de partenariats à long terme en lien avec la stratégie de l’entreprise.
  • Évaluation des partenaires : Analyser des cas d’utilisation pour déterminer les meilleures approches commerciales.
  • Gestion des partenariats : Faciliter le processus d’intégration des nouveaux partenaires et gérer les accords de partenariat.
  • Planification stratégique : Soutenir la création de plans de partenariat et gérer les initiatives associées.
  • Engagement des parties prenantes : Maintenir des relations productives avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.

This could involve bringing on new product capability, creating new channels to market or supporting external partnerships alongside the Corporate Development team. We are responsible for InfraCo’s product lifecycle, experience and innovation, asset planning and engineering standards and IT and systems.This is how you bring your role to life:

  • Market Research: Monitor and analyse industry and partnership developments, competitor activities and trends across global and domestic telco, tech. and digital infrastructure markets.
  • Partnership Development: Support the identification of potential partnerships through analysing key market players, vendors, suppliers, and customers, aligned to our longer-term partnership strategy.
  • Partnership Evaluation: Assist in the evaluation of partners and use cases to understand the potential opportunity and determine a preferred partner or approach. This involves assessing strategic rationale, value creation, commercial model / structure and impacts to InfraCo / Telstra etc.
  • Partnership Management: Help drive the onboarding process for new partners and management of partnership agreements including coordinating and preparing meetings, materials, documentation, relevant approvals, billing / invoicing and events etc.
  • Strategic Plans & Execution: Support the creation of partnership plans including « do-to-learn » pilots, « learn-to-do » market studies and investment business cases alongside the DIS Products and Innovation teams. Help to drive the project management and implementation of partnership initiatives to enable overall success.
  • Planning, Performance & Risk: Maintain the DIS partnership roadmap and risk profile including updates on key risk mitigation actions. Track and assess the progress, health and success of current partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment into the broader planning, performance and risk process.
  • Process & Standards: Develop standardised processes, frameworks or templates that allow the partnership team to scale with growth. Provide insights to continually improve how we operate existing or new partnerships.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across InfraCo, Telstra and partners. Help to facilitate communication, information flow and resolve any issues that arise with stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and structured thinking to understand and tackle business challenges.
  • Highly organised with strong project management capabilities and attention to detail and experience in developing and executing plans.
  • Strong financial, commercial and analytical skills to provide insights and assess business opportunity and impacts.

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills to support presentation materials for senior stakeholders.

  • Experience in the commercial, business development, strategy, planning or partnerships function of a large commercial enterprise, consulting or other advisory firm.
  • Undergraduate qualifications in Business/Commerce/Finance/Engineering or other relevant discipline.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (in particular, advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills) is essential.
  • Experience in and understanding of digital infrastructure, telecommunications, technology or related industries will be helpful but not mandatory.
