Our doors are open to everyone.PositionBCHA is looking to recruit a talented candidate as a Business Support Officer. The role-holder will assist the Head of Strategy & Governance to provide high quality support to the Organisation, its Board and Executive Team, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and policy matters.Key features of the role include:
- supporting the Board, its subcommittees and other Forums to govern the organisation effectively
- leading on the drafting, review and distribution of corporate policies and similar
- participating in multi-disciplinary projects to develop, improve or implement corporate systems, processes or services
- administering company insurances
- being a competent resource for handling a range of queries from colleagues on the above
Your SkillsIf you are a confident, capable individual comfortable with strong administrative and analytical skills and want to further your career in corporate governance, we’d love to hear from you.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to make sense of written and numerical information
- Strong attention to detail
- Good collaboration and facilitation skills
- Ability to interact with a wide range of people: customers, colleagues, senior managers and board, external agencies.
