Le rôle de Business Systems Analyst, Greenhouse est crucial pour soutenir les initiatives technologiques en matière d’acquisition de talents. Tâches et responsabilités
- Gestion de projets : Planifiez et exécutez des projets en technologie d’acquisition de talents, en veillant à leur livraison dans les délais, dans le respect des objectifs fixés.
- Communication : Facilitez les échanges d’informations efficaces au sein des équipes et avec les parties prenantes, en les tenant constamment informés.
- Engagement des parties prenantes : Influencez et encouragez les parties prenantes à concevoir des solutions proactives.
- Documentation : Créez et maintenez un référentiel centralisé pour la documentation des projets et fournissez des rapports réguliers sur les indicateurs de performance.
- Gestion de Greenhouse : Supervisez l’ensemble du processus d’ouverture des requêtes dans Greenhouse en assurant conformité et précision.
- Excellence opérationnelle : Gérez des expériences clés dans l’acquisition de talents, y compris la gestion des offres et l’intégration.
- Gestion du service desk : Assurez-vous de la résolution rapide des tickets via le Recruiting Technology Service Desk.
- Amélioration continue : Contribuez aux efforts d’amélioration des processus pour optimiser la livraison des projets.
- Gestion des risques : Identifiez proactivement les risques potentiels et élaborez des plans de gestion des risques.

The Business System Analyst, Greenouse plays a vital role in partnering with our leaders, acting as a subject matter expert in Talent Acquisition technology, and championing operational excellence across our platforms.Based in Finland, this role is additionally responsible for leading and managing complex projects, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, and maintaining a high standard of service desk management. The Business System Analyst reports to the Manager, Talent Solutions, and partners closely with various stakeholders across the organization, including HR, IT, and Talent Acquisition teams.Please note that this position is initially open through a 12-month contract.What you’ll be doing
- Project Planning and Execution: Lead and manage Talent Acquisition Technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Team Communications: Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to navigate, influence and enable stakeholders to proactively create solutions within Talent Acquisition technology.
- Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain a centralized repository for project documentation, ensuring easy access to all project-related information and resources. Provide regular reports on project progress and key performance indicators to senior leadership.
- Greenhouse Development and Management: Lead and oversee the end-to-end process of opening requisitions in Greenhouse, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Manage critical Talent experiences including but not limited to: Pre-onboarding tasks, offer management, onboarding, etc.
- Service Desk Management: Oversee the management of the Recruiting Technology Service Desk, ensuring timely and effective resolution of tickets and issues.
- Shared Admin Responsibilities: Collaboratively manage Greenhouse and other talent acquisition tech tools, ensuring continuous support and coverage across the team
- Change Control and Process Improvement: Ensure effective use of change control procedures to maintain control over project scope, schedule, and cost. Contribute to process improvement or re-engineering activities to enhance project delivery
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact project delivery. Develop and implement risk management plans to avoid compromising project outcomes

Our humble expectations
- 3+ years of hands-on technical experience, with a strong focus on platforms such as Greenhouse, Gem, GoodTime, and similar talent acquisition tools.
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects in a global environment.
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and technologies, including Greenhouse ATS.
- Experience with service desk management and providing technical support for talent acquisition tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
