Program Overview : Le programme de formation en QA manuel constitue une passerelle vers le domaine de l’assurance qualité dans le développement logiciel. Les stagiaires auront l’occasion d’acquérir une expérience pratique en travaillant sur des projets réels pour des clients internationaux, tester des fonctionnalités concrètes et collaborer avec des ingénieurs QA expérimentés. L’atmosphère de travail favorise la croissance personnelle à travers un apprentissage actif et interactif.

Exigences :

• Participer à des projets clients réels et aider dans les activités de tests manuels.
• Apprendre à concevoir, exécuter et documenter des cas de test.
• Travailler avec des systèmes de gestion de tests et des outils de suivi des bugs.
• Acquérir une expérience pratique avec le mentorat, y compris l’identification de défauts logiciels et l’assurance qualité des produits.
• Développer des compétences au fur et à mesure, avec des responsabilités croissantes concernant les scénarios de tests et la communication de projet.

Responsabilités du poste :

• Être étudiant de 2e à 4e année ou récent diplômé (aucune expérience IT commerciale préalable requise).
• Avoir une bonne compréhension des fondamentaux des tests logiciels.
• Pensée analytique, attention aux détails et curiosité sur le fonctionnement des choses.
• Anglais intermédiaire supérieur ou plus.
• Disponibilité pour travailler quotidiennement au bureau de Lviv pour l’apprentissage et le mentorat.

You will gain real experience working on live projects for international clients, test real features, and collaborate with experienced QA engineers.

On-site presence is essential — you’ll work closely with your mentor and teammates, ensuring fast feedback and real-time learning.This is an ongoing talent pool posting: once a suitable Manual QA trainee role becomes available, we’ll contact shortlisted candidates to join the next wave of talent.Requirements

• Join real-world client projects and assist in manual testing activities.
• Learn how to design, execute, and document test cases.
• Work with test management systems and bug tracking tools.
• Gain hands-on experience under the guidance of a dedicated mentor, learning to identify software defects and ensure product quality.
• Grow your skills step-by-step with increasing responsibility in test scenarios and project communication.

Job responsibilities

• 2nd–4th year student or recent graduate (no previous commercial IT experience required).
• Solid understanding of software testing fundamentals.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, curiosity about how things work.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
• Availability to attend our Lviv office daily for learning and mentoring.
