At eTap, you’ll enjoy: Great Perks & Benefits A collaborative, innovative environment The opportunity to make a real impact on communities nationwide Job Description The Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for leading testing initiatives with the Division Manager, creating plans, cases, and scripts for testing, and providing guidance and mentorship to other engineers. Why you’ll do Lead comprehensive hardware and software testing initiatives, with a primary focus on self-service kiosk systems. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts. Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex testing scenarios. Participate in peer test case reviews and provide technical feedback. Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and test automation efforts. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality of self-service kiosk solutions. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the QA team. Analyze and report on testing results, driving quality enhancements. Stay current with industry trends and technologies, applying them to improve testing practices. Compliance with etap’s safety, security, and information security protocols. Perform other job-related functions or duties that may be assigned from time to time. What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Expertise in test automation frameworks, tools, and scripting languages. In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies and quality assurance best practices. Proficiency in hardware testing tools and methodologies. Proven track record of leading complex testing efforts and mentoring junior and mid-level QA engineers. Professional Experience At least five years of experience in manual and automation testing. Experience on testing self-service kiosks is a plus.
