The candidate will be responsible for the project performance and the stakeholders coordination.Your responsibilities:Analyze specifications in order to define performance criterions to be achieved.Develop innovative and reliable solutions that fulfill specifications.Design 3D model and prepare definition files for products, prototypes and test means.Leads design activities with internal and external contributors.Build 2D drawing with functional dimensions according to ISO standard.Define and identify functional and critical characteristics.Support project planning edition and update.Apply CAD methodologies and deliver CAD data that pass Q-Checker.Your profile:Engineering/Technical education/university3+ years of experience in the same or similar roleAutomotive background/experience is preferredExperience in technical designExperience with CAD 2D and 3DExperience with coolers is preferredWe offer:6 weeks of vacation per yearflexible working hoursfinancial bonus up to 24,000 CZK depending on the results of the team and the companypension contribution – 5% of gross salary after the probationary period, maximum 4,166 CZK per monthleisure activity contribution 10,000 CZK every 6 months on the Cafeteria system – Pluxee cardcommuting contribution 4 CZK / km (maximum 8,000 CZK per month)company canteen with subsidized mealspersonal development through professional trainingdiscount on the purchase of car parts and accessories up to 40%wide range of social events (parties, sports activities, etc.)Job: R&D EngineerOrganization: Site R&DSchedule: Full timeEmployee Status: RegularJob Type: Main Employment (standard value)Job Posting Date: 2025-04-17Join Us !
