We organize regular social events and look forward to welcoming you.Your RoleAs our CRM Content Manager, you’ll lead all lifecycle communication — from the first welcome email to retention and upsell campaigns. You’ll be our go-to expert for crafting clear, compelling messaging across channels. This is a rare opportunity to shape a core part of the user experience and help define how we turn free users into loyal, paying customers. Your responsibilities include:Developing strategies and campaigns for onboarding, product updates, and upsellWriting and optimizing email flows, in-app messages, newsletters, and landing pagesCollaborating closely with product and design to ensure cohesive, user-friendly experiencesUsing data and insights to test, learn, and continuously improve performanceBringing structure, creativity, and energy to a small but powerful teamWho You AreWe’re looking for a strong storyteller and communicator who’s excited by the power of content to drive engagement. You have 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in a SaaS or product-led company. You’ve had subject matter or managerial responsibility before and enjoy helping others grow.You bring exceptional written communication skills — you can write, edit, and direct creative work that converts. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and able to communicate clearly with international audiences. You’re hands-on, happy to build and optimize campaigns yourself, and you thrive on ownership and moving fast.You’re familiar with email automation tools (we use ActiveCampaign, but experience with any major tool is welcome), and you’re already experimenting with AI to enhance content creation, segmentation, or campaign performance.**Interested?**We’d love to hear from you!
