Ce rôle crucial consiste à créer et déployer un outil de gestion de cashflow fonctionnel, adapté aux besoins spécifiques de GT Ecom.

Défis du Poste

Le candidat idéal devra relever le défi d’améliorer la gestion, l’analyse et la prévision des flux de trésorerie de l’entreprise, en développant un produit minimum viable (MVP) qui permet un suivi en temps réel des entrées et sorties de cash.

Équipe et Collaborations

En intégrant l’équipe, vous travaillerez étroitement avec le service de comptabilité pour définir les exigences utilisateur et avec l’équipe informatique pour le développement technique.

Profil Recherché

Vous êtes le candidat idéal si :

• Vous avez une expérience pratique dans la création et le déploiement d’outils de gestion de cashflow ou d’applications de planification financière.
• Vous maîtrisez les processus financiers, incluant le suivi des flux de trésorerie, la prévision et les rapports financiers.
• Langages de Programmation : Vous êtes compétent en Python et C++ pour la logique backend et l’optimisation de performance.
• Développement Frontend/Backend : Vous avez de l’expérience avec Node.js pour construire des applications serveur évolutives.
• Visualisation de Données : Vous êtes habile avec Power BI et Excel pour créer des tableaux de bord financiers.
• Expérience d’Intégration : Vous êtes familier avec l’intégration d’outils avec des systèmes comptables et des APIs tierces.
• Vous pouvez travailler de manière autonome dans un rôle à impact élevé, respectant des délais serrés.
• Une expérience en gestion de projet est souhaitée.

Conditions de Rémunération

La rémunération se fait sur une base horaire et est ouverte aux propositions en fonction des compétences et de l’expérience.

Localisation

Bien que GT Ecom soit basé aux Pays-Bas et qu’une présence régulière au bureau soit souhaitée (une fois par semaine), le travail à distance est également envisageable.

• Have hands-on experience in building and deploying cashflow management tools or financial planning applications—from MVP to production-ready solutions.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including cash inflow/outflow tracking, forecasting, reconciliation, and dashboard reporting.
• Programming Languages:
• Proficient in Python and C++ for backend logic, data processing, and performance optimization
• Frontend/Backend Development: Experience with Node.js for building scalable server-side applications and integrating with various data sources.
• Data Visualization & Reporting: Skilled in Power BI and Excel for creating financial dashboards, dynamic reports, and scenario modeling.
• Integration Experience: Familiar with integrating tools with accounting systems, payment gateways, and third-party APIs for real-time financial data.
• Ability to work independently in a short-term, high-impact role, delivering functional tools under tight timelines.
• Previous project management experience is ideal
