Le Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network (BHFLHN) recherche un Leader d’Équipe expérimenté et motivé pour superviser les services de restauration et de nettoyage dans les environnements de soins aux personnes âgées et d’hôpital. Responsabilités Principales

  • Diriger, coordonner et soutenir le personnel des services alimentaires, de nettoyage et de blanchisserie.
  • Assurer le respect des normes de sécurité, de contrôle des infections et de gestion des aliments.
  • Gérer les plannings, le contrôle des stocks et les rapports financiers de base.
  • Mettre en œuvre des initiatives d’amélioration continue et de développement du personnel.

Profil du Candidat

Le candidat idéal pour ce poste est un leader organisé ayant une passion pour l’excellence des services d’appui. Les qualifications requises comprennent :

  • Expérience avérée en leadership dans les services alimentaires ou de nettoyage.
  • Capacité à superviser et motiver une équipe diversifiée.
  • Solides compétences interpersonnelles et en communication.
  • Connaissances des normes de sécurité alimentaire et de contrôle des infections.
  • Excellente gestion du temps et capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
  • Expérience dans les environnements de soins aux personnes âgées ou de santé.
  • Maîtrise des systèmes informatiques, y compris Microsoft Office.

Qualifications Souhaitables :
Une formation pertinente de niveau postsecondaire (ex. en sécurité alimentaire ou gestion) et une expérience antérieure avec SA Health ou dans des services de santé publics sont des atouts.

The Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network (BHFLHN) is seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader – Catering and Cleaning Services to support quality non-clinical services across aged care and acute hospital settings.This is your opportunity to lead essential services that support the comfort, safety, and wellbeing of patients, residents, staff, and visitors in two vibrant regional health sites.About the RoleAs the Catering and Cleaning Team Leader, you will oversee the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality food and environmental services at both Mount Pleasant and Gumeracha.
