Contexte et Mission du Poste
Le coordinateur de certification rejoindra le groupe de gestion technologique, responsable des travaux operatifs de certification pour les produits et accessoires portables. L’équipe, composée d’environ 5 collaborateurs, collabore étroitement avec diverses départements de l’entreprise, notamment R&D et conformité, afin de garantir que les produits satisfont aux exigences de sécurité, d’émissions et de réglementation.
Responsabilités Clés
Dans ce rôle, les responsabilités incluent :
- Gestion des certifications opératives avec des autorités et des laboratoires d’essai à l’échelle mondiale.
- Développement de normes de produits internationales.
- Création de documentations techniques pour les produits.
- Soutien lors des audits de conformité des usines externes.
La position requiert une approche méthodique en collaboration avec plusieurs départements, impliquant la collecte de données sur les constructions en plastique, caoutchouc et métal léger pour optimiser les produits.
Profil Recherché
Les candidats doivent posséder :
- Un diplôme de Master ou de Bachelor en ingénierie.
- Une expérience professionnelle dans le domaine.
- Un niveau de maîtrise en suédois et en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
Il est souhaitable d’avoir une expérience en conformité produit ou dans un domaine similaire.
La personnalité idéale pour ce poste est communicative, engagée et apprécie le travail d’équipe tout en prenant des initiatives.

We are now looking for a certification coordinator to join the Technology Management – Certification coordinator group, where we are responsible for operative certification work on our handheld products and accessories. We work with global certifications versus regulatory requirements and laws for safety, emissions, chemicals etc. We work with both new product development as well as maintenance of existing platforms. The group consists of about 5 coworkers. In your role, you will have close contact with various Husqvarna departments such as R&D engineering, R&D Test & Verification, Compliance, Technical Documentation etc.About the roleAs a certifications coordinator, you are responsible for one or more product categories and drive operative certifications with external authorities, test labs all over the world. We work methodically and in a structured way in close collaboration with several other departments. You play a central role in our continuous work to deliver compliant products to our customers.In this role, you will also work with:
- International product standard development
- Creation of technical file documentation
- Input of certification data for operators manual and other technical publications
- Supporting in external factory compliance audits
We primarily work with plastic, rubber, and lightweight metal constructions, where the challenge is to gather data and requirements and perform accurate analyses to improve and optimize products.Our products are manufactured in several locations around the world, and the role includes international collaboration to keep our products in the compliant state.Your ProfileWe are looking for someone who is:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree engineer.
- Working experience in the area of expertise.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Meritorious:
- Experience working in the product compliance area or similar.
