Description du Poste

En tant que Senior Purchasing Specialist, vous serez intégré à l’équipe des Achats Opérationnels, au sein des Opérations Logistiques Globales. Votre mission consistera principalement à exécuter des commandes d’achat auprès de nos fournisseurs, garantissant ainsi la livraison à temps tant pour nos entrepôts que pour les sites de nos clients. Vous serez le principal contact de nos fournisseurs et collaborerez étroitement avec plusieurs groupes d’intérêts internes.

Responsabilités Clés

• Exécution des commandes d’achat : Assurez-vous que les livraisons soient effectuées dans les délais impartis.
• Travail collaboratif : Établissez des liens solides avec les fournisseurs et divers groupes internes pour optimiser les processus.
• Développement : Participez activement à l’évolution des fournisseurs et des processus internes.

Profil Recherché

Metso recherche un candidat possédant un sens aigu des affaires et capable de naviguer dans un environnement dynamique. Les qualifications requises comprennent :

• Formation : Diplôme de Master ou Bachelor en technologies, ingénierie ou business.
• Compréhension du processus d’achat : Saviez-vous ce que cela implique dans un contexte opérationnel ?
• Capacité analytique : Un intérêt marqué pour la résolution de problèmes quotidiens.
• Expérience : Une expérience dans l’approvisionnement ou une entreprise de services après-vente est préférable.
• Compétences linguistiques : Maîtrise du finnois et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
• Autonomie : Être à l’aise avec la prise de décisions dans un environnement de travail rapide.

In this role, you will be part of the Europe Market Area purchasing organization, which supports our customers’ aftermarket spare and wear part needs. Your main responsibility is to execute purchase orders to our suppliers and ensure on-time delivery both to our warehouses and direct to customer sites. You will be the main contact for our suppliers and work closely with several internal interest groups. You will participate in supplier and process development. In this position, you will report to Operational Purchasing Manager.This position is mainly located in Tampere, Lappeenranta or Espoo, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.Team you belong toYou will join a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about supporting our customers’ aftermarket spare and wear part needs. Who you are

• You have a relevant Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering or business
• You understand how purchasing supports business
• You have a genuine interest in finding solutions to day-to-day problems and challenges
• Experience in procurement or in aftermarket business is valued
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English
• You are at your best in a hectic work environment and are not afraid of making decisions independently.
