Description du Poste
Rôle et Responsabilités :
Le consultant Change Manager jouera un rôle clé dans la gestion de la transition vers Windows 11. Les missions incluent :
- Collaborer avec les équipes informatiques, les chefs de projet et les unités commerciales pour planifier et exécuter la migration.
- Évaluer l’impact utilisateur, en se concentrant sur les utilisateurs à haut risque.
- Identifier et documenter les applications critiques et les macros nécessitant une attention particulière.
- Développer des plans de migration minimisant les disruptions pour les opérations commerciales.
- Coordinater les communications et le matériel de support adapté aux différents groupes d’utilisateurs.
- Suivre et résoudre les problèmes liés à la compatibilité des applications et à la migration des données.
- Faciliter des boucles de rétroaction et offrir un support après la migration pour garantir l’adoption.
Qualifications Requises
Profil Candidat :
- Titre universitaire en Business, Informatique, Systèmes d’Information ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience en gestion du changement ou migration de systèmes informatiques.
- Bonne connaissance des systèmes d’exploitation Microsoft, notamment Windows 10 et 11.
- Expérience avec des utilisateurs utilisant des outils complexes tels que des macros Excel.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et gestion des parties prenantes.
- Capacité à gérer des priorités concurrentes et à collaborer avec des équipes techniques et non techniques.
- Expérience dans la transformation numérique à l’échelle de l’entreprise souhaitée.
- Une expérience dans le secteur de l’énergie ou des services publics est un atout.

Invest in us and we’ll invest in you!Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and user-focused Change Manager Consultant to join our team, who will be responsible for championing the rollout of Windows 11 for one of our clients. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth transition for users with complex environments, including critical business applications, custom macros, and sensitive data.Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with IT, project managers, and business units to plan and execute the Windows 11 migration.
- Conduct user impact assessments, focusing on high-risk or high-dependency users.
- Identify and document critical applications, macros, and content that require special handling.
- Support the development of migration plans that minimize disruption to business operations.
- Coordinate user communications, training, and support materials tailored to different user groups.
- Track and resolve issues related to application compatibility, data migration, and user readiness.
- Facilitate feedback loops and post-migration support to ensure adoption and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in change management, IT transformation, or desktop migration projects.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft operating systems, particularly Windows 10 and 11.
- Experience working with end users who rely on complex tools such as Excel macros, legacy applications, or specialized software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in enterprise-scale OS migration or digital workplace transformation.
- Previous experience in the energy sector or utilities a plus
