The ideal candidate will have experience across various aspects of digital marketing, including but not limited to, SEM, SMM, Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, Digital PR, Influencer Marketing, and PPC Management. We’re looking for someone who has a proven history of success in their previous roles, exhibits both leadership and teamwork, and possesses a high degree of emotional intelligence. Also, must be deep understanding of the psychology of consumer behavior and the application of this knowledge in the practical field of sales.Will be a plusIn-depth understanding of the esports and competitive gaming industryRoles and Responsibilities:– Develop and refine the company’s marketing strategy in alignment with its business objectives and product promotion– Lead the marketing team, streamline intra-departmental processes, and foster productive relationships with other departments– Execute market and competition analyses to understand customer requirements and behavior (jointly with product team)– Regularly report on the effectiveness of various promotional channels– Oversee budget planning and ensure its proper execution– Establish a system for monitoring and assessing the results of the marketing team’s efforts– Identify and establish beneficial partnerships with external marketing service providers.-Generating creative ideas and non-standard solutions and selling offers.Our Offer:– Non-trivial tasks and continuous improvement of workflow– Consistent feedback and opportunities for professional development– A collaborative and supportive team atmosphere– We work remotely now.
