Responsabilités clés
Le CPTO aura pour principales responsabilités :
- Renforcer l’adéquation produit-marché : Continuer à bâtir sur une base product-led pour garantir la pertinence des produits.
- Mentorat et développement des équipes : Accompagner les leaders technologiques et produits, tout en construisant des équipes interfonctionnelles performantes.
- Supervision de la technologie : Gérer l’ensemble de la pile technologique, des dispositifs portables pour animaux aux applications mobiles et infrastructures cloud.
- Innovation en apprentissage automatique : Promouvoir des applications innovantes pour obtenir des insights agronomiques.
- Stratégie des données : Exploiter les données sur le comportement des animaux et les conditions environnementales pour obtenir des révélations clés.
- Mesure de l’impact environnemental : Utiliser la technologie pour démontrer des bénéfices durables pour les clients.
Profil recherché
Les candidats idéaux doivent démontrer :
- Expérience de haut niveau : Un parcours probant en tant que CTO, VP of Engineering ou dans un rôle similaire.
- Compétences en entreprise en pleine croissance : Une solide expérience dans des sociétés en croissance axées sur le produit, évoluant à l’international.
- Capacité à bâtir des équipes : Expérience dans la constitution et la montée en charge d’organisations techniques.

- Building on our product-led foundation to continuously strengthen product-market fit
- Mentor and develop technology and product leaders while building high-performing, cross-functional teams
- Oversee our technology stack — from the animal-wearable hardware in the field to real-time data processing, user-facing mobile apps, and cloud infrastructure
- Advance innovation in machine learning applications for agricultural insights
- Lead long-term innovation and R&D efforts to ensure sustained product differentiation and future growth
- Drive our data strategy to unlock insights from livestock behavior patterns, environmental conditions, and farm operations
- Champion our environmental impact measurement and reporting, using technology to demonstrate quantifiable sustainability benefits to customers and stakeholders
About youWhat We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar senior technology leadership role
- Strong background working in product-led, cross-functional, growth companies that have scaled internationally
- Experience building and scaling technology teams and engineering organizations
- Proven ability to establish a data-driven decision-making culture and product analytics frameworks
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors.
- You have a hands-on engineering background, with experience ’in the trenches’ as a software engineer
- HW experience is a plus, especially for candidates with a primary background in SW or SaaS
