Responsabilités et Impact
Au sein de l’équipe GTM (Go-To-Market), l’Analyste Senior en Stratégie et Opérations jouera un rôle essentiel dans le développement de la stratégie commerciale pour le marché chinois, considéré comme un moteur de croissance clé pour Moloco. Les principales responsabilités incluent :
- Conception de méthodologies basées sur les données : Créer des outils et des méthodes pour identifier les opportunités d’upsell et améliorer l’efficacité opérationnelle.
- Analyse de marché : Développer des insights sur le paysage régional, la concurrence et les comportements des clients pour orienter les décisions stratégiques.
- Support des opérations commerciales : Collaborer avec l’équipe de direction pour assurer des opérations fluides au niveau régional.
- Collaboration mondiale : Travailler avec l’équipe GTM mondiale pour concevoir et exécuter des initiatives stratégiques variées.
Qualifications et Compétences
Le candidat idéal pour ce poste doit posséder un ensemble de compétences analytiques solides combinées à un esprit d’initiative et un sens aigu de l’exécution. Les exigences incluent :
- *Diplôme de niveau BA/BS dans un domaine quantitatif* (comme l’économie, l’informatique ou les mathématiques) ou une expérience équivalente.
- *Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle*, dont 3 ans dans l’analyse quantitative ou le business intelligence.
- Expertise en gestion de grandes bases de données : Connaissance approfondie des outils tels qu’Excel et SQL.

The team is responsible for identifying, sizing, and segmenting the opportunity, determining how our sales and business development teams go after it, and enabling them to be successful at doing so. As a trusted partner of regional leaders, this role is instrumental in steering the commercial strategy and operations for Moloco’s China business, a growth engine for the company. Success for this role will come in four core areas:
- Design data-driven methodologies / tools to support team on capturing upsell opportunities and improve operational efficiency
- Develop market insights incl. regional market landscape, competition, and customer behaviors to drive strategic decision making
- Support commercial leadership team on making sure business operations are properly run at regional levels
- Collaborate with the global GTM team (Design, Analytics, Product Specialist, Partnership) to support and drive the design and execution of multiple initiatives and programs
The Opportunity:The best candidate is deeply analytical, drives towards execution, and has the ability to connect insights into broader strategic themes. You are able to distill actionable insights from unstructured data, formulate and pursue hypotheses amidst ambiguity and create powerful narratives that drive commercial execution. You will work closely with the regional commercial team and global GTM counterparts to drive global / regional initiatives, ultimately leading top line growth of Moloco business. You have a growth mindset and love to work with cross-functional teams to create real value. You understand the regional market and customers, and know how to win and scale in the market as a strategist.
- Support leadership team’s decision-making on business strategies with data-driven market insights
- Improve commercial team’s volume and velocity by building insights tools
- Manage and drive the execution of various global and regional level strategic initiatives and programs with the leadership team
- Engage with different business operations by supporting regional leaders to align with global GTM policy and processes
- Support business cadence between global and regional, and within regional teams
How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?
- BA/BS degree in a quantitative area, such as economics, computer science, mathematics, or statistics, or equivalent applied experience
- 5+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years of quantitative analysis/ BI experience in tech, finance, marketing, consulting or similar
- Expertise in working with large datasets, with strong spreadsheet and database query knowledge (e.g. Excel, SQL)
- Proven track record of creating easy-to-use, actionable dashboards, reports and tools (e.g. Looker/ Looker studio/ Tableau)
- Knowledge of mobile gaming & app ecosystem and/ or performance marketing
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and teams
- Meticulous attention to detail and high integrity
- Ability to communicate effectively both in English and Mandarin
- Bonus points:
- Strategy Consulting or Sales Operations experience
- Past work in a fast-paced startup environment
