• Responsible for providing excellent customer care with a client service mindset with the ability to use collaborative and non-adversarial approaches in achieving diverse goals.
• Responsible for evaluating disputed credit card transactions.
• Investigates the disputes cases and determine if the chargeback if appropriate.
• Debit Commercial accounts for chargebacks resolved against merchants.
• Performs account reconciliations as part of the dispute resolution effort.
• Provides merchants with the documentation that supports the debit to their commercial accounts.
• Assists with training and developing new team members as assigned by management.
• Performs special projects and other duties as may be assigned from time to time by management.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least one (1) year of previous experience in claims management and customer service roles.
• Stay focused on central issues
• Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Identify and resolve problems promptly, and develop alternative solutions to emerging issues.
• English and Spanish oral and written.
• High Knowledge of Word, Excel, and other related software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Highly oriented to details, internal controls, and procedures.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Fast learner with high initiative and proactivity traits.
• Teamwork-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Available to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and travel as required to support regional projects.
