Ce poste repose sur trois axes principaux : la gestion des relations clients, l’excellence du service et la connaissance approfondie des programmes de résidence et de citoyenneté offerts par l’entreprise.
Responsabilités
Le Client Relationship Associate est responsable des activités suivantes :
- Gestion complète des candidatures clients pour les programmes de résidence ou de citoyenneté.
- Construction et entretien de la relation client, en veillant à l’acquisition et à la rétention de la clientèle.
- Service clientèle de premier ordre, garantissant une communication fluide et régulière avec les clients.
- Identification d’opportunités de vente croisée, en adaptant les services aux besoins du client.
- Coordination avec des ressources internes pour répondre aux exigences du processus de candidature.
Qualifications Requises
Pour ce poste, les candidats doivent posséder les qualifications suivantes :
- Expérience : Minimum de 3 ans en gestion de comptes dans des secteurs tels que l’investissement, l’assurance, ou la gestion de patrimoine.
- Compétences Linguistiques : Maîtrise de l’anglais et de l’espagnol, avec une préférence pour ceux ayant des compétences en portugais.
- Capacités Relationnelles : Capacité avérée à bâtir des relations multicouches avec les clients.
- Compétences Techniques : Familiarité avec Microsoft Suite et les outils de CRM.
- Avantages Académiques : Un Master ou un diplôme avancé est souhaitable.

…but that’s enough about us, let talk about you!The primary role of the Client Relationship Associate is to perform all activities required in terms of the compilation and submission of client applications for the relevant residence or citizenship program. This includes building and managing rapport with clients and their advisors to ensure optimum customer acquisition, retention and revenue generation.Responsibilities
- The role requires expertise across the entire residency and citizenship program portfolio offered by H&P as well as the ability to be able to support other ancillary requirements when needed.
- Deliver world-class, industry leading customer service to new and existing clients.
- Manage key client relationships through regular contact and visits (when needed).
- Serve as the primary client contact and advocate for day-to-day activities necessary for the client application and escalate issues and requests when needed.
- Build and execute a client-centric relationship framework inclusive of regularly scheduled status calls & application reviews.
- Establish and maintain customer satisfaction through account planning, proactive client communications and issue remediation.
- Continuously identify and exploit cross-selling opportunities that embed the firm and its offerings with client needs.
- Leverage internal resources to assist the client with meeting the requirements of their application process.
Qualifications
- +3 years’ experience of account management within investments, insurance, private bank or wealth management.
- Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi-level client relationships.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills – full English and Spanish business proficiency is required, Portuguese proficiency is considered a plus.
- Ability to identify opportunities to cross-sell H&P’s services.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, with focus and excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM.
- Masters or an advanced degree will be considered as an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in the immigration by investment industry.
